Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lakefront property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Located on a quiet road 30 min from Ithaca and 5 min from Treleaven Winery, our four season lakehouse is ideal for family time at the lake or a romantic getaway. The house is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. With a sunny flat yard, deck, new lakeside shack, long dock, grass patio by the water, fire pit and rec room, there are lots of spaces to spread out. Welcome to "Sunset Haven”! A 2 bedroom, 1 bath picturesque lakefront cottage located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features upper & lower decks, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, a 7ft waterslide, and 2 boat lifts. Fish off the dock, float on a tube (we can rent ours!), relax in the oversized hammock or enjoy a paddle in the 2 kayaks provided for use.
