The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

Dereks place was perfect for our trip. The place was very clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Derek was a wonderful, kind host. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Had a great time staying here! Really cozy place. We visited lot of beautiful State Parks in the near by areas with our dog.

Dennis was a great host and Kelly’s Suite is simple, peaceful, and perfect. It’s a great place to stay close to a lot of things to do and places to eat. The welcome binder provided gave us a lot of good ideas to eat. It was so nice we actually ordered takeout while there and spent the evening inside to enjoy the peace and quiet that Kelly’s Suite has to offer. Highly reccomend!

The house was very clean and well kept! Upstairs neighbors could be noisy at night but otherwise was a great experience! We would definitely stay here again.

Jane's place was incredibly clean and cozy. I was in town for the Wineglass Marathon with my girlfriend and we were overall very satisfied that we had a comforting place to rest. Jane was helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at 3NG. We came in from out of state for our mom’s 85th birthday on Thanksgiving Day. Her apartment is too small for any gatherings. 3NG was the perfect size and location, not only for hosting a family dinner and Thanksgiving Day Dinner, but also for our week-long stay. It is accessible enough for an elderly woman with a walker get around comfortably and has all the amenities we needed for our festive dinners. We all felt ‘at home’ during our entire stay. Everyone was really impressed with the place. We are definitely keeping 3NG in mind when we come to Rochester for family gatherings. Thanks to the Nicole for all her help.

The house was very beautiful and cozy. It was a great location to get to many wineries, hiking destinations, and to all three lakes. The house was a perfect size for our annual girls trip with 6 ladies. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and included a binder with clear and easy to follow instructions. We enjoyed all the special touches that made us feel right at home, like the games and a doggy bed. The hosts were so friendly.

Chris’s place was perfect and comfortable for our visit to see our son’s event at Syracuse University. Apprx a 10 min drive to stores, restaurants and school. We will be back in the late fall for family weekend hoping to enjoy the very nice pool/cabana area!

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we felt right at home there. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help. Stayed at Kim’s place while racing at Watkins Glen International. Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculate and pristine. We felt at home. The convenience to the racetrack is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend, well maybe the weather!!!! But everything in Kim’s control was beyond perfect. Thank you

Christine's pace is wonderful. It's located near so many wineries and state parks that we desired to go to for hiking. The place was beyond wonderful. It was very clean, peaceful, and the hot tub was great. It was also a joy to use a record player with several records from the late 70's and early 80's. Christine was an amazing host and was very responsive to us when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying at Christine's place!

Mary’s Retreat is a wonderful “home away from home” for exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The house is comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting local wineries, restaurants, and parks, as well as relaxing on the porch with our dogs. We would definitely love to return again.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the nightly rate for the time that we stayed was worth it.

Beautiful AirBnB across from ski resort. Walking distance to ski resort and a few restaurants. Peaceful setting with view of the mountains off the back patio. Very clean place, comfortable bed and great amenities. Magdalena was friendly, helpful and quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend!
