You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. The “Baker Rocks” A-Frame is a new, well-appointed, and sits amidst a tranquil setting of river and mountain views. Nestled in New Hampshire’s Lakes and White Mountains Regions, the property is centrally located to dozens of attractions and activities. The house is fully equipped for a cozy weekend stay or a long retreat. The onsite amenities include direct river access, gym, small farm, playground, lounge area, and nearly 80 acres to explore. Firewood for sale on site for $5/bundle.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

On crystal clear Lake Winona. Must be willing to put up with loon serenades, as they're frequent, otherwise, it's a pretty serene, quiet place. Hiking, kayaking, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing from back door. Ski resorts 18 & 28 miles away. Night life resort towns 6 miles away. I live in this house and my neighbors are my friends, so no loud, throbbing music out on the deck or loud yelling, screaming, cursing. (You can curse under your breath all you want).
