K-Ville is a great, down to earth, off-grid spot to get away. We enjoyed drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the night. Make sure to read the description and instructions in full, and you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and enjoying your time here! If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The experience here is closer to that of camping.

We arrived to the cabin after 9 pm but the cabin was easy to find and access. Falling asleep to the sound of the rain on the tin roof and the river behind the cabin was very soothing - exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cabin. We loved the privacy and nature sounds throughout the night.

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay at Jennifer and Deans cabin! It was very cozy and warm in the snowy weather, and Chloe gave us a great tour of the farm animals:) Jennifer was very kind in providing a bottle of wine and some local goodies, and we especially loved the cozy loft, comfortable couch and bathtub to relax in.

We wanted a place central to the Hudson Valley. Great place if you love nice short drives with beautiful scenery. We spent most of the day time out, so the cabin was a peaceful place to have our evenings and get good rest!

We had a fantastic getaway weekend with friends and enjoyed a calming stay at Joe and Barb's place. We saw so many different types of birds and animals and had a blast hiking around the trails referred to us by Joe and Barb. Would love to visit again and would recommend to anyone looking to travel to the New Paltz area.

I believe one of the best compliments to any AirBnB host is returning to their property: this was our fourth visit to the Clack Cabin, and surely not our last! We love the Clack Cabin for its coziness, comfort, and location. It's a small space, but has absolutely everything one needs. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with the stream providing such a soothing soundtrack. The Clapper Hollow State Park a few steps away from the cabin has many easy and quiet paths to explore (we had the forest entirely to ourselves on Easter Sunday!). Clara is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful with local tips and knowledge. We already look forward to our next visit!

The place was exactly as described. We were very pleased at how clean the place was. we would definitely recommend it to anyone. The place is fully equipped with everything you need.

My family and I recently stayed at the Villa to celebrate my birthday. The 4hr plus drive was definitely worth it!!! Can’t get over that amazing 🤩 view and so fortunate to have experienced this beautiful landscape for my birthday. My husband and I loved relaxing in the hot tub during the evening. We appreciated how clean the hot tub was as well. Kerry, the private chef, cooked a delicious meal and you should definitely consider booking her during your stay. Just a FYI which I think is important to mention…….to access the Villa from the parking lot is about 80 steps. We had a wonderful time! Thank you Scott & Ina 😊

Absolutely loved my stay at the river bungalow in Cairo, NY! The setting is stunning — beautiful home right on a peaceful river, perfect for relaxing and soaking in nature. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, and their friendly dog made the place feel even more welcoming. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer, but I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Cabin Noir was absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I spent three amazing nights and 4 amazing days enjoying the beautiful Woodstock area. Between the amenities at the cabin, and Gloria's list of recommended activities/restaurants, there was more than enough to enjoy, and I would definitely stay there again. The roof deck, the hot tub, the fire pit, climate controls, and modern creature comforts, combined with many indoor and outdoor seating options allowed for great times reading, doing puzzles, lounging, cooking, self care, and everything in between. It's location (about a 12 min drive from downtown Woodstock) allowed for peace and solitude, or shopping and socializing, depending on how you're feeling. There are also plenty of grocery stores, scenic drives/locations, and great restaurants in every direction. Every question we had was promptly and clearly answered by Gloria. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was a great stay, the space was well equipped. Being right by the water, hearing that falling asleep was sublime!

We had such a great time! John and Teail’s place was just as described and provided us with the nature refresh we needed. The cabin was nice and cozy and we loved being greeted by all the chickens!🐔

Great Weekend getaway very private & secluded. Everything was perfect as advertised no complaints maybe besides to vacuum the couch free of pet dander for people with pet allergies. Everything else was spot on the hot tub was very fun. One piece of advice is to really stay on your own property line, we saw flashlights close by to ours at around 3 am. That would definitely spook you although i’m sure it was just neighbors. Would recommend this place to anyone , 100% worth it. 10/10

We loved the space and had a great time! We enjoyed the camping experience - smores and all! It is a cute space and perfect for a weekend. Alan was very responsive and helpful. The only tweak I would ask is the hot water, which was not consistent. It was not a huge deal, but that would have made the stay even more perfect.

Nous avons loué le petit chalet 2 jours pour aller faire de la randonnée autour. Très belle place et spacieux. Avec le temps froid, le chauffage fonctionnait très bien dans le chalet . Nous avons bien apprécié notre petit séjour. Une seule petite chose…Les lanternes à la batterie devraient être à changer car elles faisait des « flash » constamment et éclairaient moyennement. Nous allons revenir sans faute. Merci!

All the positive reviews are true, this is a truly magical spot. I absolutely loved being off grid and the time flew by. A great chance to disconnected, reset, be in nature and relax. Photos also don’t do it justice. Hosts were very helpful and responsive also.

Stayed one night and loved it—super cute spot! The alpacas and animals were fun to be around, and waking up to a foggy spring morning with the big window was v pretty. No running water takes a little getting used to, but it was totally fine for a night and was communicated clearly in advance. Great location—feels nice and remote but still close to town.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to Ricky for the opportunity to stay at his home for a few days. The house was very clean and cozy, creating a homely atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!
