it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

Die kleine Wohnung von Katharina und Max war ideal für unseren Zwischenstopp auf der Rückreise nach Berlin. Max hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und hilfreiche Tips für den Abend gegeben. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Für ein Kurztrip nach Regensburg können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Bäcker, Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Alles super, danke. LG Dietmar und Johannes

War eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, ist zentral und in wenigen Fußminuten ist alles erreichbar. Michal stand uns für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Der zugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist besonders an den heißeren Tagen ein Highlight. Christian ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Wir uns zu einer jeden Zeit bei ihm sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann von dort aus sehr schön wandern gehen , das Highlight war der Sonnenuntergang den man am Abend perfekt vom Balkon aus sehen konnte. Kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir danken Patrizia & Wolfgang für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Tegernheim in der Nähe von Regensburg. Die kleine Wohnung war hervorragend geputzt und es war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag so braucht. Man kann hervorragend am Ufer bis nach Regensburg hineinspazieren. Es fährt aber auch ein Bus fast bis vor die Haustür, ebenfalls machen E-Scooter Touren in dieser Stadt sehr viel Freude. Patrizia ist sehr hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns willkommen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, wir kommen gerne wieder.

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

Süße Wohnung und sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr nah am Zentrum, so dass man schnell alles erreichen kann. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Martinas Unterkunft für einen Pilsen-Aufenthalt buchen. 😊

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal da, weil das Haus einfach zauberhaft ist. Es ist blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir genießen die Ruhe und die Gegend und vorallem die gute Luft, hier kann man voll vom Alltag abschalten. Hatice ist immer total freundlich und super unkompliziert. Vor Ort, nebenan wohnen ihre Schwiegereltern. Super Leit, die immer erreichbar sind und gleich helfen, wenn man was braucht. Könnte nicht besser sein. Gern wieder!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise - für uns war es perfekt. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Besitzer war bei Schwierigkeiten sofort erreichbar.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr besonders. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme bei der Anreise, da die Adresse der Unterkunft nicht mit der in Airbnb übereinstimmt. Wir haben dann über Google Maps hingefunden. Sonst war wirklich alles top!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Hunde) waren zum 2. Mal da und es war wieder so schön. Diesmal blieben wir auch etwas länger, da uns unser letzter Aufenthalt schon so gefallen hatte. Der Check-in unkompliziert, das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da was gebraucht wird. Wanderungen sind direkt ab Haus möglich, was wir dieses Mal auch täglich genutzt haben. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Liebe Grüße aus der Pfalz

A quiet paradise to reset. The place was much more than advertised. From fish you can pet, chicken the kids could feed, a little “enchanted” forest to two well maintained pools. If you want to cook, this is by far the best equipped kitchen I have very did find in a holiday rental. The hosts were very friendly - our kids did not want to leave and we did not really want to either. They have other chalets on the same huge property.

Eine Empfehlung wert. Sehr sauberes und gut Ausgestattetes Apartment.

Ubytování bylo moc hezké, jako na fotkách, poměr cena/kvalita je super. Na přivítanou nás čekaly dobroty a syna potěšila spousta hraček, co byla k dispozici. V dešti jsme ocenili parkování v garáži. Busem 20 jsme byli za 3min na náměstí, do zoo autem asi 5min. Hned u bytu jsou obchody a fast foody. Ačkoliv je byt směrem do silnice, dalo se dobře spát. Věřím, že jsme zde nebyli naposledy a všem mohu ubytování jen doporučit:)

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist fußläufig perfekt zu erreichen, das Auto steht in dem Parkhaus, welches 1 Minute entfernt liegt und für das Frühstück gibt es incl. leckerer Brötchen alles im Supermarkt, der im Erdgeschoß liegt. Daher können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! Schöne Unterkunft, gute Ausstattung, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Resort, Wanderwege vor der Tür.

We stayed at Thomas place for a week whilst we explored Passau and surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped but also stylish (wooden floors and ceilings in the living room and an old gramophone which actually works). It is in a brilliant location, in the old town, close to all three rivers and all the sights but also only a short walk from the train station. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Super schönes Airbnb. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Richard lief super, er antwortete jedes Mal innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Da wir während der Weihnachtszeit da waren, war das Airbnb sogar mit Weihnachtlicher Deko geschmückt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
