We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Perfect for cozy stays away from it all, our comfortable cabin has its own private entrance, skylight, wood-burning fireplace stove, pure well water, and a private bathroom with shower room (which is also a stream room) all just a short walk from the Sudbury river, conversation land with nature trails, history, and outdoor sports. No contact with the host is necessary. This is a fully self-contained separate space attached to one end of the house.

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. THERE IS NO USE OF KITCHEN OR FRIDGE.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

A fully renovated Grange Hall into Bed and Breakfast. We serve a full breakfast for $20 per person. All rooms have private baths. There is a large common area with guest kitchen, sitting and dining areas as well as pingpong & grande piano. All rooms are on first floor with no stairs to climb. Room 1 has a king bed and private sitting room. We rent to adults 25 up and children minimum 11 yrs of age with parents. Max 2 per room. No Pets.
