My husband and I found this to be a very comfortable place to stay while we were in Belmont taking care of some business and visiting friends. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, the place was fully stocked with everything we needed, and LOTS of breakfast and snack foods were provided by Robin. She even had the gluten-free cereal that I normally eat—could she be psychic? ; ) In addition, she and her husband, Jon, were very friendly, helpful, and responsive without invading our space or privacy in any way—very available, but only when needed. I very much appreciated Robin’s very flexible refund policy as I needed to make a change to our dates a few weeks before our trip and she was very accommodating in this regard. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Thomas’s place! The house is absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail and a very welcoming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean — I slept so well every night! The bathroom was also pristine and had everything I needed. Thomas was a fantastic host, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. I would highly recommend his place to anyone and would definitely love to come back!

Rose was wonderful. So accommodating. Made sure I had my favorite morning beverage. Room was clean and beautiful. I am quiet and she respected my space. Fantastic location to visit my daughter at Brown. So many restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Easy parking. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed Rajib's place. Just to get it out of the way, the shower in the bathroom is the nicest once I've ever used - skylights with houseplants around - honestly forgot where I was for a few minutes, because it really feels like you're at a resort. Rajib's house is a cosy Victorian on the corner of two cross-streets, has lots of trees and greenery around, is in a nice-quiet neighborhood, and is accessible to the city via the T (shoutout Green Line Extension). It felt like home. There was just the right amount of communication (some hosts inundate you with information), so it was refreshing for everything to be short and to the point. Pippy, the resident house dog, was also very sweet - and sometimes followed me around when I was the only one home at the time.

Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

Hope was a great host to us! She greeted us at the door and made us feel truly at home. She was such a pleasure to talk to and she gave us great insight into the area and recommendations for our time in Salem. Her place was super cozy and unique. I would absolutely recommend for any one traveling to Salem to stay with hope!

Mary is absolutely amazing in every way! She is extremely hospitable, thoughtful, kind, helpful, and welcoming. I loved chatting with her and listening to her Irish accent through her stories from when she was in Ireland and beyond. Her house is very spacious and the bed is so comfortable. Her dog is darling too!

Connie was the perfect host during my stay! I was 2+ hours late getting to her place (my bus had a flat tire on the freeway); she was responsive and helpful even with the late arrival. I finally got to her place past 10pm, and she came out of the house to make sure I could find it. Her place was just beautiful and exactly as she described it. I really enjoyed meeting her and hanging out a bit for a couple days. The neighborhood is also lovely and super-convenient.

Rosanne and I immediately hit it off. She has an adorable rescue dog. The home is stunning it reminded me of grand old homes I’ve stayed at that were professionally run bed and breakfast inns. The home is in an historic district. The neighborhood is charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I really appreciated having a tub for soaking after my trail runs. I had access to all of the house and was able to do laundry. Despite having a bad neck injury and a dog who’d recently had leg surgery, Rosanne went out of her way to accommodate me. I felt so at home. I already know this area since I used to have a boyfriend in a nearby town. Dedham Square has lots of restaurants and a great old movie theater. The home is also near Legacy Place shopping center, which has the best Whole Foods anywhere. Being vegan, I’ve been to many during my business travels. I look forward to staying with Rosanne again soon.

This is the place to stay if visiting Providence! Such a warm and inviting vibe and the hosts are marvelous. The morning breakfast is such a sweet and thoughtful touch. A fabulous experience.

I have to believe Martha and her home, were the goals for starting Air B&B! A warm, comfortable place to stay, that makes you feel at home when you travel. Looking forward to being invited back! Thank you, Adam

Very timely response once I booked. Someone was waiting outside at night and helped my daughter and I bring in our bags and gave us a tour and let us know some very helpful travel hints to Salem. Would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Natalie’s place. Not only is she a nice host, she is extremely responsive. The self check in made it easy to get in. I saw Natalie on my way out. She graciously offered me breakfast. Sadly I declined because I was in a rush to get to an appointment. I recommend her place!

We had a really fantastic stay at Candace's place! Candace greeted us at checkin. The building itself is very easy to get into as well. Candace gave us a very thorough tour, and the spaces available to us were all very clearly marked. The bedroom and bathroom were private and separated from the rest of the house even though it's a shared space. It was also very soundproof. The location was very quiet, but also an easy walk to both Harvard Square and Porter Square. Candace was an amazing host. Her Airbnb has so many thoughtful touches (multiple mirrors when we said we'd be getting ready for a wedding, dishes set out for us for breakfast, lots of blankets and space heaters, etc.). The art and decorations in the house are incredible, and all have neat stories behind them. The yogurt she provided was literally the best we've ever had in our lives. And Candace was so kind and helpful. We loved hearing about her experiences as a Boston educator. We'd stay again when back in town!

Very nice small, cozy suite. It had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. The surrounding yard was lovely and the medium-firm mattress was incredibly comfortable.

Jodi was a great host, we felt right at home from the second we walked in. Her home was so clean and beautiful. She had everything we could have needed and made an amazing breakfast in the morning, that we enjoyed outside by the fire. We will be staying with her again such a beautiful town.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

We absolutely adored the Rajah Room. It was a beautiful space to stay for our one night in Salem and we would definitely book again in the future!

We loved staying here! We felt so welcomed and comfortable. It was easy to find and parking was great! It was a beautiful place!

I only needed the space for one night and wasn't able to see what was around. But Sheila's place is just as advertised! I wish I needed the space for longer, it is quite a nice spot! The room was spacious, very clean and contemporary. It is the perfect spot to stay just outside of Boston. I would love to stay here again!
