It has a balcony with sea view. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.

Sola District Volos 102 Studio Apartment

Apartment 102 is a 30.71 m² bright and cozy apartment in Sola District Volos, located on the  first floor of the building. This unit features a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, including oven, hot stove, kitchenware, glasses, cups, and cooking utilities, as well as a washing machine for convenience. The living area includes a small sofa bed (not expandable) and a small dining plot.
