We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay at “the loft” at Fabrizio’s. Firstly the location was ideal for visiting our son and family who live in the same area. The accommodation was just as described, it was clean, tidy and Fabrizio had put essential items inside( toiletries, washing powder etc) The kitchen was well kitted out with all the equipment needed to cater for ourselves. Fabrizio had listed where we would find other essentials like iron, wash basket etc We stayed for 7 weeks and Fabrizio made sure we had regular change of linen, towels, sheets. Fully fitted with air conditioning which was very welcoming in the heat. We had full access to the internet. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was lovely. Fabrizio was a friendly and helpful host, always around if we needed any assistance with anything. As we visit Perth on a regular basis we shall definitely be booking to stay here again. Gorgeous house, in a great location. As other reviews have mentioned it is their home, so there are a few random things in the kitchen draws, mismatched glasses etc, however I would highly recommend the house if you have kids. Ours loved the pool, trampoline and toys and didn’t want to leave the house. Great to be able to walk down to the Main Street of Subiaco.

This place is beautiful. Salvatore was an exceptional host and the house was immaculate. Will definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful family friendly home in a quiet residential area with a nice outdoor area. James is very friendly and responsive host though we didn’t meet him he made sure our stay was well supported. Close to train (5 mins walk), city (20 mins drive) and beaches (10 mins drive) Well appointed facilities for cooking, washing etc even making a pizza Cracking sound system!

We had an excellent stay in Ardross! The house was spotless and very clean. Tippy was a fabulous host and very responsive. A beautiful home and we will be back again. Thank you Tippy!

Beautiful home with all necessities and modern touches nestled in a tranquil garden. This open plan home had everything our little family needed! The master bed was just as described and super comfy! Lush gardens gave for a peaceful morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine! So close to the city or beaches yet tucked away to escape it all if you wish! You will not be disappointed! I would also recommend to anyone if needing accommodation close to the children’s hospital (this was the reason for our stay) as it is very close and convenient!

Great location, close to the shops and cafes

Perfect little home. Quirky and so cute. Great to stay in an older building with history. We wanted central Freemantle and it certainly was central. A bit noisy either way people leaving bars on a night at the weekend but worth it to be so central. The weekend market was virtually next door so grabbing breakfast at the market and bringing it back to enjoy on the patio in the back yard was fabulous. In the back yard with the privacy and bird song you forgot you were in the middle of Freemantle. Perfect. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience Freo 👏👏👏

Wonderful stay at this fabulous apartment right on Scarborough beach. The location is perfect and the apartment was modern, spotless and with everything you could need for an easy stay. Highly recommend!!

This place truly felt like home. The room is clean and spacious. The location is great especially the bakery right beside the entrance served very good coffee. Will be back for sure if there is another chance to visit Perth.

We stayed in Moya and John’s place for a week and felt very much home at home and convenient from UWA and city centre even though we did not drive. The host took care to respond to our needs quickly and are super helpful to us to ensure a restful and comfortable stay in their beautiful home. Highly recommended!

The cottage was super clean, well stocked and beautifully furnished. The place is super central with only a short walk to resturaunts/cafes. Hosts were very responsive and were more than happy to help with any requests. 10/10

We had a lovely mini holiday with our dog, long walks in the bush, swim in the pool, quiet and relaxing.

I liked staying here, it was nice. The villa was tidy and I thought the decorations were cool. The outdoor seating is a cosy spot to relax and also the lake just down the road is a lovely place for a walk.

The property is spacious, clean and pleasant to stay in. The negatives though is that there is no BBQ and the television in the main lounge area doesn’t have free to air. Some of the Some of the lights didn’t work yet overall the accommodation was fine. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful place, very quiet yet close to beach & local restaurants/amenities. Secure parking & visitor parking (handy for us as we were visiting our son). Host very welcoming and responsive. Apartment lovely has everything you need and more, was very cosy on an evening. Garden & hot tub was gorgeous too! Welcome gifts on arrival snacks & wine! Overall a hidden gem would definitely stay again & recommend to others. Thank you Neil & Anita for a fabulous stay!

Our stay at Jeff’s villa was absolutely incredible. We were a group of nine, and the space was perfect for our family—comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like home. Jeff was an outstanding host: quick to respond, helpful with any questions, and always made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets every evening. If you're planning a trip to WA, I can’t recommend Jeff’s place highly enough. It was everything we hoped for and more.
