Great place to stay when in town!

This place is amazing and such a nice retreat not too far north of the bay area. Often you find an Airbnb that isn’t fully equipped for cooking, bathing, living, etc. but this house is truly “turn key” and has everything you need. Add the grill and backyard space along the lake, and the arcade games, and it makes for a wonderful stay. We would love to stay again and again in the future whenever we need a quick break from the city.

Rods house was great. Very clean and peaceful. being able to dock my boat was great. Rod answered all of my question and got back to me quickly every time I had a new question. Highly recommend staying here!

We spent the Labor Day weekend here. The house was great - clean and enough spaces for 2 families. The house was at the channel of the clear lake- basically at the entrance of the lake. We brought our inflatable SUP boards and had a great time going into the lake and go look at the houses in the channel. Our kids had a great time in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped and enough seating for all of us. Definitely recommended!

The house was more open and spacious than we anticipated and has a gorgeous view of the lake. As cat people, we were thrilled that the housecat Nellie was eager to spend time with us. The house is charming, old and comfortable -- if you're a tech person, beware that 3-prong outlets are mainly accessible in the kitchen. The kitchen is large and very well stocked -- we were able to make Thanksgiving dinner easily with their pots and pans.

Host provided great instructions for entering their property which included a couple options on how to get inside the property. Loved the fact that the flooring was hardwood which adds to the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all the normal utensils, plates, glasses etc. The quality of items was better than many places you might rent. For example, the knifes actually can be used to cut meat! One item that stood out to us was the quality of the water in the home. We have stayed in properties at Clearlake that advises you not to drink the water coming out of the faucets. Lastly, we appreciated the communication whereby they let you know that if you have any concerns they are there to help. We did not have any problems but it was nice to know that they made the offer even though we did not have anything to complain about. We stayed on a work trip and the place felt like home. This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like fishing and hiking. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay - the house was very clean and spacious and the views of the lake are stunning. Loved cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and was nice to have movie nights in the very comfy recliner sofas. John was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in a very convenient location! We were minutes away from downtown Calistoga with plenty of dining options, and from the wineries we visited the next day. Note: Airbnb categorizes this listing as "Private room" but you actually get a whole little cottage.

This was our second time at Hallelujah's place and it is quickly becoming our favorite place for a weekend getaway. The property is beautiful and perfect for walking and relaxing in the hot tub. Hallelujah, Karma and Taressa are all warm and welcoming hosts. They were happy to show us around, point out walking trails and even graciously shared their music and art with us. I definitely recommend staying here!

Exactly what I needed. Close to my job site, plenty of parking, easy access & quiet. Awesome wood stove. Michelle was accommodating with a flexible check out time & quick to communicate. A definite next time I’m working at any of the many wineries in the area. 👍🏼

I was so comfortable at Linda’s Rosebud Farm! She went way above and beyond, to make sure I had everything I needed. The place has lots of special touches, was cozy and lovely. I was grateful for her place to come home to during a recent move. It felt like a peaceful sanctuary. I enjoyed the view from the deck. I could look out on her cows, her horse and lots of turkeys. Linda herself is a wonderful host and I enjoyed getting to know her!

Vikki’s cottage is a perfect place for my long term stay. It has everything you need with the bonus of access to laundry. As a single female traveler I felt very safe in the area. There is plenty of parking, WiFi was reliable and everything I needed was in the cottage. Vikki is a friendly and super responsive host. I’d definitely recommend this air bnb!

Ed and LaVerne’s spot was great! Conveniently located for quick travel to surrounding areas. Definitely recommend. The hosts were awesome and Danielle was very generous. This is a GREAT place to use a base for wine tasting. They serve wine and cheese in the afternoon, and breakfast was delicious. They also have tons of connections to the local wineries, and we were always treated wonderfully when we mentioned we were staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The lodge and the property are beautiful and comfortable; this would be an awesome place for parties.

Danielle heard that there would be power outages due to high winds and fire danger in Geyserville so seamlessly found us another bnb in Healdsburg. Thank goodness, as there was a fire and all Geyserville got evacuated. This is a high level of customer service and a tribute to how the inn keepers in Sonoma look out for their guests and each other. Thanks Danielle, you saved our trip. We’ll be back.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The location was fantastic -- private, peaceful, and beautiful, while also being a close driving distance to Geyserville and Healdsburg and all the wonderful wineries in the area. The master bedroom is huge, open, bright, and surrounded in windows and decks with gorgeous views -- looking down at the pool area, and out to the woods. We paid extra money to heat the pool, but unfortunately, even though the day was pleasant (72 degrees and sunny), the pool was shaded by the trees, so we didn't spend much time in the pool. But on a hot, sunny day, the pool would be a wonderful way to cool off. It's smaller than anticipated, but perfect for dipping and floating. We enjoyed the hot tub. We comfortably sat all eleven of us around the dining room table off the kitchen. It was fun to be able to share a meal together. The living room is split levels, with a pool table on the upper level and the couches on the lower level.

We decided to do something a little different this Easter break. We've never been to Clearlake, but heard fishing was good, but never could've imagined a fishing experience like this. First off, the home was perfect, inside was so open, the view of the lake looking out from living room is a sight to see. Upon arrival, before all was unpacked my youngest Son grabbed his rod and went directly to the back dock, as I did the same. He caught a 7lb 13oz large mouth bass, the video I took is priceless of him fighting it to the boat ramp. Next day while while out on the dock fishing catching crappie, and some smaller bass, I hooked onto a 7lb 4oz large mouth. The highlight of our family trip was having us all out on the dock fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking, and being able to keep our boat on the dock for immediate access. My highlight was getting woken up by my wife, and daughter, heading out to the dock to fish at 6:30 am without getting us boys up. My family thanks you Aasif!

We had a fabulous time as a group of 10 girls celebrating my sister's engagement. The house has the most beautiful view and did not disappoint! The best part of our experience was that Danielle was SO helpful in planning our wine tasting day and giving recommendations. We were unfamiliar with Alexander Valley, and she was able to help us coordinate and afforable, unforgetable day visiting wineries!

Rancho Feliz was the perfect accommodation for our family this past Thanksgiving. It gave us all a beautiful home with ample space and amenities to truly enjoy our visit. The kitchen was an absolute dream to cook in and the kids loved the hot tub during the chilly nights!
