The beach-side master bedroom has a King size bed, sliding glass door to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom. There is a washer and dryer right in the condo. The community features a beach-side heated pool and hot tub. There are two gas grills for you to use. This is a NO Smoking, NO pets condo.

This upper floor, 3-bedroom modern chic condo hotel suite offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the shrimp trawlers making their way out to sea. This suite can sleep 8, with King or Queen-size beds in each of the three bedrooms, a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room & 3-1/2 bathrooms.

Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. About 25 miles from Tampa, Florida for the Buccaneers NFL football and Lightning NHL hockey! We are about 37 miles from Busch Gardens. Only 95 miles to Disney World in Orlando! Mini-golf right across the street! You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
