La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.

Villa Miranda si trova in Gagliarda a circa 4 km dal centro di Ortona. La villa è recintata e all’interno dispone di parcheggio coperto. L’esterno comprende un ampio giardino con piscina e un gazebo con barbecue immerso nel verde per piacevoli grigliate in assoluta tranquillità. La Casa nei Vigneti, once an 18th century farmhouse, was completely renovated in 2003, respecting all the original architectural features as much as possible. In some zones of the house, parts of the original structure in stone and earth emerge, typical of farmhouses of that time, but skilfully restructured with anti-seismic adaptation.
