One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family. These 5.5 acres of park-like setting are situated on the serene Stillwater River. Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

Wake up to a small stream, and the distant gentle sound of nature and farm animals awakening. Plus amazing views on the horizon. Soak up the enjoyment of natures small little expressions. This cottage accommodates 1-5 guests with one queen bed, a full size sleeper sofa and a very comfy twin mattress. Comes with an equipped kitchen and high speed internet.

Kick back and relax in this cozy stylish space. It's small but adorable with a relaxing atmosphere. It’s a perfect size for 2 people but will accommodate 4-cozy. Enjoy a glass of wine or any beverage on the quiet & private patio with a forest like setting.You can also enjoy yourself in a 2-3 person hot tub (18yrs and older only) During winter stays outdoor furniture is covered but guest are welcome to uncover and use all furniture pieces, fire pit & grill during nice days as desired.

Large Living room & Game room w/Pinball & Multi-cade. Outside quiet 10:00PM. Parties not allowed. 2 Tvs.

It is the perfect place to unwind and relax where you feel you’re far out in the country, but your minutes away from restaurants, breweries, small shops/grocery stores, and the college town Miami Oxford University. There is a pond where your welcome to fish and also land where you’re welcome to explore woods.
