The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

We are located within two blocks of Conneaut Township Park, the beach and the marina. We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio. We have two other properties nearby if your dates are unavailable.

Minutes from Lake Erie Beaches/ Marina and restaurants. Our house is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between guests. This is a standalone house with its own private entrance.

This third cabin on our beautiful Creekside property opened immediately April 2024! Overlooking the creek, it is close to all the outdoor activities you can enjoy throughout the year. Beautiful and peaceful, with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable, this cabin will be one your family and friends will want to return to again and again!

Lake Erie Cabin

Relax in a quiet retreat in this secluded cabin on Lake Erie. The cabin offers a two person indoor jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor bar and beautiful views of the sunset. Sleep like a baby to the sounds of the waves on the rocks. Can't beat the view. 2 wheel drive will work, but 4 wheel drive is recommended. A maximum of four people.
