The Castanian Cottage

The Castanian Cottage is a Scandanavian style cottage which was built in 1972. The owners of the property lived in the Cottage while building ‘The Castanian’ which was one of the grand manors in Cooma. The country estate sprawls over 27 acres. The property overlooks the Cooma golf course. Castanian offers 180-degree views to the snow-capped mountains of the Alpine areas, and also the Brindabella Mountains. Our spacious studio guesthouse in Tyrolean Village is only 7kms south of Jindabyne & 30 minutes from the ski fields. It has amazing views, off street parking, a gorgeous bathroom and good storage. It has a queen bed, large TV with streaming services, lots of DVDs, books and free wifi. All linen is supplied. It is only a short walk to the lake and stunning bush- tracks. Also on the site is a Swedish Cedar Sauna available to RENT to soothe those muscles after a hard day of exercise.

Our very private Eco Cottages are fully self contained and fully sustainable with 100% solar power and all water used is rain water which is collected on site. The individual cottages are very private in parkland surrounds. Situated only 2klm from the centre of town. There are no neighbours and is very quiet. There are many native animals on site. The cottages have a full kitchen with oven, hotplates and microwave. All linen is supplied. They are very large with 80 sq m living.

This spectacular two bedroom two bathroom apartment boasts a full Kitchen Lounge/ dining and balcony with spectacular water and mountain views. We have onsite Mountain Bike lockup storage available on request. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed with ensuit. And Bedroom 2 has 1 tri bunk consisting of 1 single bed and 1 double bed with an ensuite.

A1 @ The Lakehouse is a one bedroom apartment right on the shores of Lake Jindabyne, an easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment sleeps 2 people. There is access to the lake from a sandy beach directly in front of the property and a drying room for ski gear. Summer or winter there is no better location in Jindabyne. We also cater for single night stays.
