Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Villa Fudulis is a renovated houseof 95 m2 and is located at the center of Ravdouchas village . It was built on a rock, so it provides a wonderfull view to the sunrise. It has one bedroom with a single and a double bed. At the open- plan kitchen, is a table for four, and at the same place there is a couch and a single bed. Aristidis’s old stone house is located in a little, quite village with 35 habiters called Plouti , 33 km from Heraklion city.The house is 52 square meters and it can host up to 4 people .There is a bedroom with a double bed ,( can be added a baby cot). In the living room, opposite the fire place there is a bed-couch which can be used by 2 people. There is also a raised room with a double bed.The toilet is spacious with an open shower. There is also a big veranda .
