This apartment is setup so all you need is your clothes and the desire to have a good time. The apartment is located on the second floor with walk up well lit steps. You must be able to climb stairs. Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

Hidden Gem in DeTonti - Seed on Jackson B

Make yourself at home in this cozy, artist-designed apartment in the heart of the DeTonti historic district, just steps from downtown Mobile. This true mid-century gem is right around the corner from Greer’s Market and rooftop bar, local coffee shop favorite Nova Espresso, and a short walk or bike ride to other area restaurants, shops, and museums. Off street parking just a few blocks from the parade route makes this a great Mardi Gras landing pad for up to three guests.

My place is an entire private small one bedroom apartment that only the guests have use of. Pet friendly. Located in a historic Victorian house in downtown Mobile, DeTonti Square District. Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs. This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances. With artwork and some antiques.
