Stayed in unit 6B. We had a great time staying here. Lori was easy to work with and made planning our vacation even easier. The property is in a great location to anything orange beach or gulf shores you’d like to visit. You can easily walk to the public beach 5 mins away. We even walked to dinner one evening to Cotton’s restaurant. Plenty of fishing to be done just from the docks. Even ran into her husband on property during that week that took time out to check in on us to see if we needed anything. This was our 3rd SB in orange beach overall 10/10 would recommend.

Diane’s place is clean and has everything that you need for staying in or hanging out at the beach. She gave clear instructions for checking in and out, very organized with the binder full of information. You can’t beat the view and easy access to the beach. Got to do some dolphin watching this morning before we left. On another note, we always enjoy breakfast at Coastal and dinner at Cobalt, The Gulf and FloraBama.

We adore this apartment! It was perfect. We had a few obstacles to overcome throughout our stay. Amber went above and beyond a few times to help us. Her customer service was impeccable! We will be back! Sunset Grille was fabulous for lunch!

Was a little leery of staying on the 19th floor, but the elevators are extremely fast. Never had to wait too long for a ride. Jay’s place is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is about parking- which isn’t any fault of Jay. Our stay was less than 24 hours and still had to pay the same fee we would if our stay lasted a week. Prorating for parking would be more favorable.

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

this was the perfect place for a single couple get away. the balcony had ocean views, and the space was perfect for our needs. It was minutes from a beach that wasn't very crowded (just across the street). it was easy to find and very close to many restaurants and other activities to do. Hosts were extremely responsive to any messages we sent. truly did not have any issues with host or space.

Would definitely stay again. Great place, kind and responsive owners.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was quiet, clean, and classy. The attention to detail was second to none. You cant go wrinf with this place.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Great rental on the canal. Walkable to the beach. We enjoyed using their bikes for rides into town and the kayaks for trips around the canal. Rental was well laid out and well furnished.

We had a beautiful weekend getaway at the Bayside Bungalow! The name fits this home perfectly. The view is to die for, we had the best sleep we have had a while and ate some amazing food! We will definitely be back!

Great place! Private and quiet! Rented kayaks and SUPs, and it was perfect! Loved having the beach to ourselves!

This has been our favorite Airbnb stay so far. I am thankful we got the opportunity to stay here. Everything we could have needed was provided. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets on the deck. It was so enjoyable to watch the boats go by on the river. We caught fish off the bottom deck, and also enjoyed kayaking. We would love to stay here again sometime.

This place is the epitome of perfection. Beautiful home with absolutely everything you need. Safe yard space, and a beautiful dock you could kayak, fish, and enjoy the bay. It was an incredible visit with family and I will definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely stay! The view was absolutely stunning, and it was so nice to find a place that’s truly dog-friendly (fully enclosed deck). The sunsets/sunrises were beautiful, and the house setup was perfect. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!

such a beautiful, quiet stay!!!! We came with our 2.5 yr old and the Little Lagoon was the perfect "beach" for him. We felt that our accommodations was just the right size for our needs. It was also an easy, walkable distance from the beach front.

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

Samantha was a very responsive and kind host. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and the boat docks. The complex was nice and peaceful and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others!

This was the best place we have ever stayed at. Perfect location. A view of the bay right outside on the porch. We spent a lot of time there watching dolphins. The private beech is just right across the street. The space was also so comfortable. Plenty of room to relax. We loved it here and are planning on coming back!

The condo was very clean, well stocked and looked just as it did in the pictures. The property was well maintained & offers a lot of amenities which was nice. We had a great view of the beach although it was across the street. Kevin gave us excellent directions as well as many recommendations for restaurants and things to do near by. Parking was expensive but our overall stay was good!

It was our first time to Perdido Key and it was great staying in the condo; it had a full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms for my son and myself, and was well equipped. My son was all about screencasting to the TVs which worked seamlessly. We hung out on the balcony as well. Nice place!
