The loft is located right on Chrissi Akti Public Beach (Golden Beach), one of the best beaches close to Chania (4km, 8min), accessible also by bus. It offers an amazing view to the sea. The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.

The house is ideally located for those who are looking for the calmness of a seaside area, but at the same time very close to the city center. It is just 200m away from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and 4km from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Our lovely apartment at Daratsos is next to the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti (30 meters) and 2,5 km from the center of Chania. It has sea view from the living room and from the balcony. At the district you can find delicious traditional taverns and restaurants, bus stop, mini market and big supermarkets. The apartment is ideal for families and couples looking relax and comfort.
