When David and Joan purchased the property in 2017, it had been abandoned for twenty-two years, but retained many of its original details. Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. I hope you find it as relaxing as I do.
