Stay & Enjoy Open split floor plan, screened porch

Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy some quiet time at this peaceful home in NC. Walk into this quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a split, spacious and open floor plan. Enjoy evenings in a covered screened in porch surrounded by mature trees. This neighborhood also has access to kayaking. Historical Downtown Wilmington 10 min drive or one of the many beaches only a 25-35 min drive away. Compass Pointe 5 miles from the house. Disc Golf Course 5 min. walk from the house.

The container home at Buckhorn Farm

Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

1BR/1BA apartment sleeps 3 with one queen bed and one daybed. The entire downstairs is yours to enjoy in this welcoming 1920s house located 2 miles from historic downtown Wilmington in Sunset Park neighborhood. Apartment has large living area, peaceful bedroom, cozy dining room, well-equipped kitchen and 1 bath. Walking distance to Greenfield Park/Amphitheater. 1 mile to popular South Front District (shopping, dining, craft beer). 8 miles to Wrightsville Beach and 12 miles to Carolina Beach.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

The Bird’s Nest- Private Attic Apartment

Pet Fee: $25 Early check in/late check out: $25 Interested in "tiny home" living? The Bird's Nest is a cozy ATTIC space turned into an apartment! The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.

Come and enjoy our downtown home with rare upstairs balcony right off your bedroom. Feel the real flavor of historic Wilmington as you go for evening sunset walks a short 5 minutes away to the Riverwalk. Activities close are endless - bars, shops, restaurants etc. This house has one Queen bed in the bedroom a regular non pull out couch and a Queen air mattress available.
