Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games, puzzles and books for children of different ages. The flat has underfloor heating. It is regulated to 21 C and works day and night the same temperature. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

Περιτριγυρισμένο από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα, το σπίτι αποπνέει ζεστασιά, άνεση και υψηλή αισθητική. Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Centrally located for the exploration of Pilion mountain & Coastal areas. 5min drive from Portaria (or trek up cobblestone paths), 20min from Volos (renowned for sea food meze & tsipouro), 25min from Chania ski resort. *please note: The house is reachable by foot only, the car stops 120m away!

Blue Nest - Skiathos Nests

A charming traditional studio apartment situated in the heart of Skiathos Town only 5 minutes away from the Old Port, uphill. It’s on the first floor of the house. Ideal for a couple or 2-3 friends. Has an external staircase. Only around 10 minutes away from the sea and Megali Ammos Beach! In a strategic position and in a quiet neighborhood close to the port of Skiathos (5-7minute walk), the bus stop (number 4, Acropolis) and 2-3 kilometers from the airport.

The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

Marleen House

Marleen house is an old, traditional stone house build in 1928 in Pelion, Tsagarada, one of the most beautiful destinations in Pelion. It is located in a quiet spot, viewing the Aegean sea. Our shaded garden is the best spot from which to watch the sun rising from the sea! It is in the center of the village, next to the famous “Skala” bar and close to the local market, restaurants, and cafés.

Ο χώρος μας είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πετρόχτιστο σπίτι ενιαίο με 2 διαφορετκές εισόδους με 2 σπίτια, στο ισόγειο υπάρχει μια μικρή κουζίνα και το μπάνιο, με ξύλινη σκάλα θα ανεβείτε στον επάνω όροφο όπου βρίσκονται 2 μονα κρεββάτια(τα οποία μπορούν να ενωθούν εφόσον ζητηθεί)τζάκι, ένα μικρό καθιστικό καθώς και έναν ημίδιπλο καναπέ που γίνεται κρεββάτι.
