Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonom s kadom i tuš kabinom, wc-om, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom s blagovaonom te terasom od 11m2. Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. U sklopu smještaja dolazi veliki TV s Playstation-om 4, četiri klima uređaja, perilicom posuđa, perilicom rublja, indukcijskom pločom, pećnicom te frižiderom side-by-side, parkingom te grill-om u sklopu dvorišta.

Apartman Adria LiLa je udaljen 3 km od centra Crikvenice. Opremljen je sa ciljem da zadovolji potrebe modernog gosta (Wi-fi, Sat TV). Smješten je u stambenoj zgradi u koju se ulazi sa sjeverne strane pa je ulaz praktički u razini stana koji je na 3. katu. Sa balkona-loggie pruža se lijep pogled na more, prostor gdje možete boraviti tokom dana. Spavača soba ima prostrani krevet, garderobni ormar i trosjed. U dnevnom boravku sofa se pretvara u ležaj za dvoje. Parkirno mjesto je ispred zgrade.

Our house is located in the peaceful part of Dramalj, near the main road Jadranska magistrala, what makes it very easy to find. Also, the uninterrupted beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from our apartment and every corner of the garden and terraces, will transfer you to a vacation mode ASAP. Nearest beachs (rocks/pebbles, larger rock fragments ) are only 10-15minutes walk from the house, but, return could take a bit longer up hill :). There is a parking lot close to the beach also.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
