Ķuća je novo sagrađena i opremljena vrlo moderno i kvalitetno, smjestena u Kvarnerskom zaljevu par kilometara od mosta za otok Krk (aerodrom) i grada Crikvenice.

The holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Apartments Vladimira are close to the beach (less than 300 m) and suitable for families, romantic couples and pets. Large yard with nice garden enables various activities like basketball, swinging, slack walking, barbecueing. There are 3 suites available. Each apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. Vila je klimatizirana u cijelosti, svih 5 spavaćih soba te dnevni boravak imaju vlastiti klima uređaj (ukupno 6). Gostima su na raspolaganju i stanice za punjenje električnih vozila.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

It is close to mountains and town beaches in Crikvenica.
