This cottage offers coastal charm an idyllic escape to either unwind or explore! It's ideal for couples, families or small groups. only a short 2-minute walk to the beach. There’s so much to do nearby all less than 9 minutes’ drive to restaurants, vineyards, a distillery, café, bakery, Pub, beaches, local seafood, a golf course and more.

Marion Bay --A dam good view

The apartment is self contained, comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and an open plan modern kitchen, dining and lounge. The 2nd bedroom can either have 2 single beds or 1 king bed. The modular lounge converts to a double bed. This is non-smoking accommodation The unit is attached to our own house, but is divided by a breezeway which acts like an airlock. So quite independent from our house.

TIPS. *30 minutes scenic drive from Hobart airport. Not recommend to drive at night (rural) especially if it's your first time. Stay overnight at Travelodge airport *if you plan to visit Bruny Island & Salamca Market (only Saturday), early morning flight recommended. Go straight there before heading Effa House as it's opposite direction. CCTV only installed outside to monitor externally
