Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

Nadia made a birthday stay extremely special by providing the additional service of decorating the rooms. She went above and beyond.

Really nice Villa. Beautiful ocean view. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets and pillows if needed. The kitchen was furnished well enough to cook all the essentials. The house and bathrooms were very clean. The wifi worked great our entire stay. Communication with the host was easy, and the response was quick. There is AC in two of the main bedrooms. The third room and the rest of the house do not have AC, but there are ceiling fans in every room. It can,get pretty warm in the living room and kitchen, especially while cooking. The only thing I wish there was would have been either long chairs or beach chairs or hammocks to be able to lay in the sun or shade and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. You can swim in the bay if you are a swimmer as it can be kind of rough. Make sure to bring water shoes as it is all rocks and some are very sharp. There is no sand what so ever. The private beach is wonderful and located at a 3min drive.

Excellent place! I would definitely stay again. Very clean and well kept. Loved how close it was to the beach and pool! The nearby beach was awesome and felt very private. Would recommend.

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Home away from home. Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable. Miss Deborah was very easy to contact and responded to my messages within seconds. Complementary drinks were enjoyed while watching the sunrise. Also I'd like to add we had no need to use the A/C as the ocean breeze was god sent. Looking forward to staying here again 💙

This is my fourth time staying at palmview estate townhouse. my stay at palmview estate townhouse Mammee bay ochie Rios St Ann Jamaica was absolutely amazing the host is truly very responsive the apartment is very clean. and the house is very beautiful and the apartment is central located to all the attractions once again my experience at this beautiful apartment is a memorable experience and can't wait to visit again thank you. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war einfach unbezahlbar! Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Preis war absolut gerechtfertigt und wir fanden das Angebot mehr als fair. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Jamaika sind. Vielen Dank, Curreine, für die tolle Zeit!

Sharon has a great Airbnb villa in St Ann that sits beachfront inside an amenity filled community that looks and feels like it’s from a top travel magazine. She is very friendly and responsive making sure that her guests have a great overall experience. Michelle who works on Sharon’s team served as the house manager and chef during our stay and was fantastic at making us feel right at home and her home cooked meals were some of the best. Would highly recommend for any group or family looking to have a great tropical vacation in beautiful Jamaica!!

Chillin is quaint and quiet with the most amazing beach, 2 mins walk from the property. Symone is a 5 star host and is exceptional. The breeze on the balcony is also very soothing and the design and colour scheme delightful. Lester, the security guard is very polite and helpful. Overall a 5 star stay. Thanks Chillin for renewing the body of an exhausted female professional. Symone, you are the gold standard of hosting.

Yvonne was a great host. She was proactive with communications and checked in frequently to make sure we didn’t need anything. The space was clean and cozy. It was easy access to the beach, shops and dining. Great place and ideal location.

Terron’s place was awesome! Super clean, cozy, and in an ideal location—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the space nice. Terron was easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth. Would totally stay again! Thanks a million Terron!!

This was our second stay at Deserene place which speaks to the fact that we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay. Her place was just like it was in her pictures, clean, neat and welcoming. This was a more relaxing vacation and at Deserene’s place , we accomplished our goal. The view from the balcony was awesome and peaceful in viewing the ocean. Love the food at the restaurants and the service. It was also very nice that we were able to enjoy the nightly entertainment at the facility. Should you need to enjoy local restaurants outside the property, there were a few which we took advantage of. Lastly, Deserene was always very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Many thanks again Deserene, we will be back soon

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

Stanford’s unit was very clean with a modern interior design that was refreshing for myself and my family. It’s a short walk to the beach where we spent the majority of our time. We will definitely visit this unit again.

It was like having an all inclusive stay without the all inclusive price. awesome spot for business or getaway.

Absolutely perfect stay at Kling Kling. The whole family had a wonderful time. Definitely was not prepared for the beautiful view when you walk through the front door. The stay was made even better by Miss Christine, Miss Patsy and Pablo. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be looking forward to visiting again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was super clean, cute, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed and felt really comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the Cheri was easy and smooth, and the whole experience met all my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Dreams Villa. Communication with our host Karen was great. She helped us arrange transportation, and answer any questions we had before arrival. Tamara, housekeeper and cook extraordinaire, had hot food waiting for us even though our flight was delayed and we did not get in until 9:30 PM. Tamara was the highlight of our trip! She made fantastic local cuisine. She made wonderful breakfasts and dinners every day. Clean linens and towels were provided throughout our trip. Very pleasant & friendly and no ask was too much :-) The beach is gorgeous, and one can literally can hear the waves from the house. An uncrowded beach provided a welcome refuge from our busy lifestyle. There are also nearby caves worth exploring. A couple of nearby bar/restaurants Leroy’s and Tadla’s were a 5 min walk down the beach access. We did not rent a car., but found areas easily accessible with a van/cab service. We traveled to Ocho Rios and Negril. We hope to return soon! 🌺
