The Cozy Guest House w/ Private Entrance

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy San Jose while staying in our private guest house! The guest house has a private entrance at the rear of the house and consists of a master bedroom, bathroom Upstairs and living room and kitchen Downstairs . We are the main tenants of the house. Laundry is available to use per request. Only guest who stays 5 days or more can use it. Located in a quiet area near Penitencia Creek Park.We are only 15 minutes to the SJC airport, downtown.

Our charming SOFA District Victorian (on 2nd St.) is 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to San Jose McEnery convention center, center for performing arts, SJSU, restaurants, Tech Museum, rock climbing, Ritz & bars. SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home. To add guests beyond 2, cots and twin mattresses need to be added, so please schedule.

Very private property locate the Alum Rock hill side near the Golf country club and surrounding by lots of big trees. Morning you can hear the bird chirping or sometimes you can see deer across the street. This blue guest cottage just remodeled with new kitchen and bathroom, in unit washer and dryer, AC split unit. We also rebuilt the living room ceiling to 9 ft high and bedroom ceiling to 8 ft high. Peaceful backyard you can step out enjoy morning coffee or afternoon snacks.
