This ground floor studio apartment is based in a converted garage/barn. This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. Enjoy the stunning views of the Hertfordshire countryside from our ground floor self contained annexe set in 6 acres of gardens and paddocks in the quiet village of Anstey. Secure parking behind electric gates. We have ponies, chickens and a dog. There is a large pond with waterfall which is a lovely place to sit by and relax. Lots of countryside walks and a friendly local pub who serves excellent food. We offer a discount of 40% for bookings 7 nights and over
