The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. This new modern studio has one bed (1,40m), TV, free Wifi, kitchen, closed bathroom and is very close to Zurich (only 30min with the train). You have only 3min to walk to the train station. Auf der einen Seite des Hauses erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten die Forchbahn, die dich in 25 Minuten Mitten in die Stadt Zürich bringt, auf der anderen Seite führt ein Wanderweg auf den Pfannenstiel.

The flat is the whole top floor of a beautiful and modern villa directly on the lake Zurich. The whole front towards the lake are floor to ceiling windows with access to the balcony overlooking the garden and the lake. The flat is accessible by lift.
