This place is amazing! Clean and feels like home. So much space and room for so things to do. The house is secluded but not at the same time. The small “beach” at the house is a major bonus. Kids could easily go play and we could watch from the porch. We seen all kinds of wildlife from eagles, cranes and even a fox. This was the first family vacation we have had in years and it was over Christmas. Dillon did awesome with a Christmas tree and lights on the house and even supplied a gingerbread house for us to build. We definitely plan on being back in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the outside much more.

Linda’s cottage was perfect for an end of summer trip with girlfriends! Great location and felt so homey! Would stay here again!

our 2nd stay was just as good at the 1st. Already picking dates for 3rd. you can walk to the peir, beach, resturants and sweat Pea (Sea turtle conservation).

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores and we are glad we stayed here. The condo is fantastic, with beautiful views of the Gulf of America! Everything needed for the beach was included, the pools and hot tubs were great and the exercise room was well equipped. Restaurants and the biking trails of Gulf Shore Park were just a short drive away. We will stay here again if we venture back to the area in the future.

What an amazing vacation! This house is amazing. The house has everything you need plus more. Very clean and love all the attention to detail. Love the secluded location away from other tourists and the high rise hotels. So close to the beach and the pool looks wonderful. Loved sitting on the porch at night to read. Check in was simple. Great restaurants to choose from, and close to places to tour. History buffs will love Fort Morgan down the street. Take the ferry across to Dauphin Island. You won't regret it. The location is close to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for additional restaurants and beaches. Can't go wrong with this place! Thanks to the hosts for doing an amazing job!

This place was perfect for our family of 4 (two adults, 4 yo and a 10mo old). It had all the amenities you could need as a family which really made everything easy and smooth for us. The Purple Parrot, itself, was a quirky little place with live music, cheap drinks and good enough food. Thanks for the stay, Jennifer!

I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. We made good time on our drive and got into town earlier than anticipated, and they had no problem with us checking in early. This place has everything you could possibly want for your beach vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there were plenty of grilling tools as well. The living room was very comfortable, and we loved watching baseball on the nice big TV after a day at the beach. The beds are comfy with a wide selection of pillows and extra throw blankets if needed. The bathrooms are also well-stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The closets are spacious with many hangers to unpack your clothes. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and peaceful. The pool was never too busy, and made for a nice quick dip. The beach is close, and never too crowded. I highly recommend Bella Luna Italian Bistro on the corner. We hope to come back here someday soon!

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! The home is decorated so cute, and super clean. They had everything we needed for our toddler girls, including some extra toys! We loved how convenient it was to downtown. Lauren is super responsive and ready to help! Can’t wait to come back!!

I have to say we were very pleased with the condo! Not being familiar with the area, it was very easy to find, and very close to the wedding we attended. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the rooms were very beachy! The balcony backed up to a wooded area, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after the wedding. I can't say enough good words about our host. She was very responsive and caring. We will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip to Gulf Shores! Karrie & James
