My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Elkins is dead center between three ski resorts and in driving distance to Blackwater Falls, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob, Dolly Sods, or Snowshoe! Elkins is known for the Mountain State Forest Festival, Mountain Rails WV Train Rides, Trout Fishing, Ramps & Rails Festival, Augusta Heritage Festival, etc.

The Allegheny Highlands Trail is just 2 blocks from the front door and the river runs right by the house. Perfect location for hanging out by the campfire or just cuddling on the comfy couch.

CrossRoads Cottage B&B Wifi Available

CrossRoads Cottage, established in 2013, is a small cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, tv room/bedroom and kitchen. Guests have the convenience of the entire house. Note: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the cottage. Note: Price includes up to 4 guests at the cottage. Each additional guest will be $10 extra to accommodate for food, linens, and water useage. Note: There will be a $250 fee for smoking and/or pet violations

SUGARBUSH - Sweet Serenity Tiny House

Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

The Riverside Retreat on the Shavers Fork

Bordering the Shaver Fork and Monongahela National Forest, the cottage is a relaxing retreat. It boasts two living areas-a bedroom and great room that can accommodate six people. Paths to hike, trails to bike and fish to catch. Seneca Rocks, diverse eateries, unusual shops, Blackwater Falls and Canaan State Parks, Dolly Sods, four ski resorts, Otter Creek, four excursion trains, a dinner music theatre, four festivals,and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory are all nearby.

"Trout & About" Cabin located in Bemis, WV is the perfect place to unplug & enjoy the Appalachian Mountains located just 50 ft off the banks of the Shavers Fork River. Come enjoy fishing, swimming, hiking to Mule Hole & take a train ride to High Falls. Drive over the hill to Glady you will find the walking & bike trails of the West Fork Rail Trail. Come disconnect and unwind while taking in the beautiful WV mountains and fresh air. Please note there is NO cell service in the area.

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

The Woodland House is our 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home located in the Mon Forest town of Franklin, WV. Enjoy the comforts and luxuries of home while enjoying the fresh air and forests of a trip to the mountains. You'll also have easy access to our small-town amenities while being a short drive from some of West Virginia's favorite destinations like Spruce Knob and Seneca Rocks. You can also stay in and enjoy the mountain view without ever leaving the back porch.

Only three blocks from downtown this first floor condo has a king bed in its primary and a full size second bedroom. This newly renovated duplex gives each unit its own separate entrance, and is well appointed with laundry and has everything you need before a day of exploring charming Elkins or the Mon Forest. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or just grab a cup of coffee from the beverage station.

A bright, modern cabin in the heart of the Monongahela National Forest. This brand new design driven space feels like being in a treehouse. It lies at the edge of the Dolly Sods wilderness, has forest views from every room, and a sauna. The location provides easy access to tons of hiking and is only 2.5-3 hours from Washington DC. It's as close as you can get to Dolly Sods without camping! 4WD needed in the winter.
