This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.
