We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

Great place to stay with a group. Every bedroom had a full bath and kitchen was large. Because we were off season rate was good.

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Julie's place is so close to Mount Sunapee and the Lake! It is wonderful on the inside and has plenty of room for guests. It is also close to a couple great food options. This house is a great place to stay.

It was a beautiful home in a beautiful area. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a great two week stay.. I enjoyed being at this lake house. The lake is across the road, and pretty to look at on the balcony. The clear view of the lake walking and driving in the morning was very peaceful. His dock is the nicest in comparison to his neighbors. Kitchen was very well equipped, top notch washer and dryer, excellent lighting , beds and linens were comfortable, couch was large, easy to sprawl out and take a nap. Michael was available and easy to communicate. The high reviews are true, he cares and is thoughtful . I look forward in future stays .

Barbara's place is a real gem. So clean, with a beautiful mix of antique and woodsy modern furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable living area overlooking a meandering brook which a few hundred yards down the road leads to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and beddings and beds were very comfortable. While the house was close too a busy road, we didn't hear a thing, and for summer users the deck is completely away from the road, overlooking the brook. Even more than we expected.

This home is a stunning blend of mountain charm and modern luxury, and was an absolutely perfect stay for our group of 12 adults! The home was above and beyond what the photos showed, and was truly a retreat among the mountains. The place was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The finishes and furnishings were top-notch, the kitchen was fully equipped for all types meals, and every room felt thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the fireplaces, the bar/game room in the basement, the spa-like bathrooms, and peaceful mountain views from the hot tub. Every detail made it feel like a five-star escape. The host, Tim, was extremely professional, friendly, super responsive, provided a seamless check in, and was extremely communicative during our stay. You can tell they truly care about creating a special experience. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one stands out as one of the very best. Can’t wait to come back for another getaway—highly recommend!

Perfect location to headquarter at while exploring all the things central Vermont has to offer. Very private and quiet.

This rental was perfect for our family’s overnight ski trip to Okemo. We have two teenaged sons who shared a bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and (most importantly) to meet the AM caffeine needs. The rental was approximately 10 minutes away from Okemo, which was the best part for us. Already planning next February’s ski trip!

Vinny was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for skiing Sunapee and the space was very warm, cozy and private.

Korene’s place was perfect. She had everything you could think of, even a step stool and some toys for my toddler to use. The location is great, as it is very walkable to downtown or to many parks/ playgrounds.

I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb in the area! Dermot was great and his wife was such a sweet woman. She even came out to help us start the fire 😊 Their place was cozy, rustic, and so unique! Thank you for having us!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Dick and Dorothy are some of the most lovely, hospitable folks we have ever met and we feel so lucky to have gotten to know them through our extended stays at their apartment for the the last 5 winters. Hancock is a truly special community and the apartment is an excellent choice for anyone looking to visit the area. It is conveniently located, well-stocked, and delightfully quaint. We are already excited to return!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Extremely nice cabin, very recently renovated. The owner has a keen eye for organization, everything is neatly placed where it should be. Linens are clean, beds were super comfortable. Amazing stay, thank you Cathy

This was our first visit to SnowCub at The Woods and it was comfortable and well-equipped. Holly and Dan were great hosts - responsive, thoughtful (loved the greeting gifts), and easy to work with. I already booked another trip for June!

Robert's condo is in a beautiful setting overlooking a meadow and the peaceful Pemi river. The furniture and bedding are comfortable. This was our 4th stay and definitely our go to place while visiting the White Mountains. Love this place!

A wonderful place situated close to the mountain. The amenities were fantastic as well. The only issue was getting the right pin to access the apartment...however Scott responded within seconds so it was minimally disruptive.

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!
