Loved our stay. It’s in walking distance to the beach and to Navarre Pier. You have access to a dock on the sound side for fishing and it’s really pretty. There is two bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds behind a private door with a washer and dryer and a half bath that has a sink and toilet down stairs right off the kitchen. That was handy for our older family members that couldn’t climb the stairs as easily. We got to bring our fur baby, too! They have things in the storage room to take to the beach, chairs, beach toys, and they have a few bikes, too. Hammock and hammock swings outside and three balconies! Our family created wonderful memories here. Hope to stay again.

Patricia was an amazing host! She was very responsive and kind. The Airbnb looks just like the pictures and was very clean. The neighbors were also very friendly and were fast to introduce themselves and make us feel at home. 10/10 will book again when we’re visiting in the area!

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

Her place is beautiful and super clean! It is a very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the area's restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

I concur with all the great reviews Sabrina has already received. All true. Staying at No Wake Zone was a wonderful, hassle free experience. I loved waking up to such beauty every morning, rolling out my exercise mat and doing my morning stretches on the deck overlooking the water. Cooking, which is something I’m not particularly fond off, was even enjoyable because I could look out and ‘see the sea’ from the kitchen and living room windows.

Sugar Beach G35 was exactly as described. Clean, easy entry and all amenities as described. The shinning star was Donna’s excellent service, she answered all our questions….quickly and provided so many suggestions. What a beautiful location! It is so easy to get to the beach…… THE BEACH… beautiful sand, quiet and so very peaceful! Thank you Donna!

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Hailey’s place is BRAND SPANKING NEW!! Very neat and clean. The neighborhood stands out, as there are none like it in the area. I would definitely stay here again to attend Emerald Nationals!

Our family had a great stay. The residence was squeaky clean. The queen bed upstairs and full bed downstairs were very comfortable. Every type of pan and utensil needed to cook family meals was provided, and the 5-cup coffee maker was perfect for my wife and I. The television includes a Roku so you can login to all of your streaming accounts. The place is about three well-lit blocks to the shops and restaurants of Palafox Street, so perfect for going out at night and walking home. Tracy was very responsive. When we ran out of an item during our long stay, Tracy had supplies shipped to the house immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 20th anniversary at Pensacola Beach. We wanted a place that was affordable and near the beach and Maggie's place was perfect! The house is situated at the end of a row of townhouses, so it's not directly on the beach, but there is still a beautiful view from the top deck off the master bedroom where you can see the water and the sunrise. The walk to the beach was super easy. Just down a sidewalk and you're there! About a minute walk. There was a countertop ice maker and an ice maker in the garage freezer. There were plenty of beach chairs to use which we really appreciated! Also, Maggie was quick to respond with our questions! There are a lot of stairs, as someone else stated, but totally worth it! My husband said if we ever come back he would definitely consider this house for a family vacation as there is plenty of room for a family and great location!

Great stay! The host, Karen, communicated well, the home was clean and just like the photos. Quiet neighborhood and close to good food spots. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it!

Mark’s place was absolutely stunning! We booked this for ourselves and our daughter’s family. Having four bedrooms including two bedrooms with king sized beds is what sold us. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottom “garage” type floor with a grill, shower, hose, and plenty of beach toys! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and more. Of course the gorgeous view of the gulf and being steps away from the beach was spectacular! We look forward to making this a family tradition. See you next year!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely phenomenal! The host went above and beyond -she truly left no stone unturned. Everything we could have needed was thoughtfully provided, and her responsiveness and kindness made us feel so welcomed. The space was incredibly comfortable and peaceful.; it felt like a true home away from home. When we weren’t out exploring Pensacola, we loved just hanging out at the house. The private backyard and game room was a perfect spot to unwind -shooting hoops, playing ping-pong or enjoying a few rounds of cornhole. Oh, and shout out to the retro Pac-Man machine! I managed to snag the high score at 20,590 points. If you end up booking, I officially challenge you to beat it. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again! Highly recommend!

Marissas condo was very comfortable and accommodating! It had everything we needed for showers, making meals and sleeping. The queen sized bed was very comfy! The resort is close to the beach, wonderful restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Pensacola! Marissa communicated very well, and check in and check out was a breeze! I will definitely go back!

Near downtown, not too far from the gulf breeze and the beach. Host is responsive. The house was clean and comes with a lot of amenities. Parking situation was little confusing as there was confusion with the permanent resident there, but we quickly figured it out and host was quick about giving guidance. But overall enjoyable experience for bringing your family. Would stay again!

Anthony's property is an exceptional airbnb. Every detail is well thought of and executed. The kitchen/living room is excellent. The bedrooms are very comfortable with comfortable mattresses and linens, master both really nice, washer dryer excellent. The detail of decor is extremely friendly and perfect for airbnb. A/C is really good! The location extremely safe and quiet. It's of course close to the local Pensacola downtown area, and the waterfront area which is where we spent our time. We never saw or used the pool. Anthony's attention and communication is the best - he saw that the batteries for the digital lock might be getting low, and messaged asking us to change the batteries (politely), and instructed me where the (ample) supply of batteries were located. I'd rent it again next time in town. 5 stars and higher.

We had a lovely stay! The space was clean, as advertised, well-conceived and decorated, spacious, modern appliances, big smart TVs, lovely shower head with detachable secondary shower head, great value, and a cute private back patio with added bonus of a cordial neighbor cat that will tolerate your presence occasionally. Adrian is very friendly, communicative, and hospitable. Only minor complaint is a few lil flies seem to have a secret entrance from somewhere, but keep to themselves. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Great historic hideaway with an awesome location within walking distance to shopping & restaurants! BNB was very clean, updated, had every amenity needed and close to beaches, naval air base, & more. We will definitely be back!

My family, 2 pups, and I enjoyed staying at Ashley’s place. It was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Ashley was always available if we had any questions or issues. One of our pups got too excited and chewed on a decorative “Relax” display and Ashley was very understanding and helpful to resolve the issue. 10/10 would recommend for anyone to stay here! Thank you! 😊
