Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Située à Sarnonico, dans la région du Tyrol du Sud-Trentin, la maison de vacances 'Landhaus Silene' est nichée au cœur d'une belle nature. Bénéficiant d'une vue sur la montagne, la charmante maison se compose d'un salon ouvert avec accès à une terrasse privée au niveau du sol, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, de 2 chambres (dont une avec 2 lits simples) ainsi que d'une salle de bains avec une douche, un bidet et un WC. La propriété peut donc accueillir 4 personnes.

Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Malosco è un paese bellissimo in Alta valle di Non in Trentino Alto Adige a 1100 metri di altezza, aria pura e vista panoramica sulle dolomiti del Brenta mozzafiato. Piste da sci come Folgarida Marileva o la bellissima val d'Ultimo oppure Obberegen in Alto Adige tutte a un ora di macchina.
