This was our first stay in this particular Condo. We were 2 families and the accommodations were exactly as described. The pictures were a bit of an optical illusion making it seem a bit bigger than it actually was. We LOVED the balcony and and that made up for the smaller inside. The closet full of outdoor toys and beach equipment was AMAZING!! You really didn't have to bring anything other than towels and sunscreen to enjoy your outdoor stay. We loved the games that were in the drawers in the living room as well as board games in one of the bedroom closets. There was also plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and other amenities throughout. I think the only thing I would have loved in the original listing would have been mention of being on the 14th floor. Having a small toddler and 2 elementary kids it made us super nervous at first when we realized how high up we were. Otherwise everything was GREAT!! We definitely recommend staying here!!

Brittany was very responsive and accommodating. My children and family enjoy their time at the beach. The condo gave us quick and easy access to the gulf, beach, and a few restaurants close by.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool area and short walk to the beach. Make sure if you bring two vehicles that both drivers names are registered in the security system with the host. One of us was held up by security until I arrived and her name was put in the system. Parking is included in your stay which was nice since sometimes it is extra for a parking pass. An amazing bonus was the access to the beach gear closet which included a beach wagon, adult chairs, kids chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. Our girls had a blast! If you want to cook make sure to bring your own oil, salt, pepper, and foil. We also brought extra toilet paper as there was only one roll per bathroom. An amazing stay, 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Great location, kids and adults enjoyed the location. Walkable to restaurants and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We love staying at the San Souci! It’s directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant which makes it convenient for dinner time! The beach is beautiful and it’s never too crowded

We were repeat guests at this property and it was a wonderful experience. No surprises as everything matched the property's description and was clean. The property is in a great location, right on the beach, beside a popular restaurant, plus has the convenience of one of the surf/tourists store with a small grocery/market section right across the street in case you forget something you need immediately. Would happily stay at this property again in the future.

Patty was able to accommodate our family last minute due to a cancellation by our previous host due to property issues. The location is perfect for a peaceful spot to relax with shuttle to the beach club and two lovely pools to relax at.

The mattress cover was torn on the main bed when we arrived, so we left another cover. The outside of the fridge could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms were great. We loved the covered parking because of its convenience and protection as there was a storm with strong winds one night. The dog walking area around the condo is very limited. We loved watching all of the sweet families enjoying the beach and pool from our private balcony. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

Great, cozy condo with a prime location. Easy walk to the beach, nice and peaceful views, and we loved that it was pet friendly. The hosts were attentive and were quick to respond. Perfect spot for our weekend getaway.

Fantastic location with restaurants, bars, beach and near by attractions. The location was easy to take our dogs out, and there was even a dog park a short drive away!

Wonderful place to stay! This was a week long vacation for myself and my husband. We have stayed in many different condos in Orange Beach over the years and would stay here again. Definitely one of our top picks. Home is beautifully decorated and very clean. I am a nurse by profession and am very particular about cleanliness. Most places we stay, I feel the need to “reclean” before relaxing. But that wasn’t the case here. Daniel does a wonderful job ensuring the home is clean, well maintained, and up to date. They supply beach towels, bath towels, kitchen essentials, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Balcony has a beautiful view! Master bed very comfortable. Lots of closet space. 2nd bedroom smaller in size but has big bed and dresser storage. 2nd bathroom - big walk in shower. Parking was easy. Everything is in close proximity. Washer and dryer is a plus. If you are on the fence about where to stay, don’t hesitate to stay at Daniel’s! It is truly a beautiful home!

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house while we were remodeling ours. Highly recommend this rental!

Fantastic condo and location!

Just as described. Building had all the perfect amenities. Unit size was great for two families with a total of three kiddos. Easy drive, door dash, or Instacart for anything you’d need. Added bonus was they had beach buckets/shovels so we didn’t have to by at the store.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and we loved that there were enough bathrooms for each bedroom. Walking to the beach was so easy and we had such a gorgeous view out every window.We also loved being able to walk to restaurants nearby. we would absolutely stay here again. It was a 10 out of 105 star trip. Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation in your park amazing home

This always a fantastic stay. My family always makes a trip for a cheer competition. This is our second time staying at Escapes, and we love it. It will be our go to. Very spacious. Beautiful balcony and master bedroom window facing the ocean. My kids particularly enjoyed the board games that were there. That was a happy surprise. We had brought our own, but didn't need to. Jamie is a great host. Responded quickly and offered to be contacted if any questions arose. We will look to be staying here next year as well if possible.

Amanda’s place feels like home away from home! The condo is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony is spacious and the perfect place to start and end the day listening to the ocean. We love how close and accessible the pool and beach are and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to coming back year after year!

Cannot say enough about this condo! Because we were driving from Wisconsin, Timothy was helpful getting us into the condo before the scheduled check in time. There are carts in the lobby area to use for unloading our luggage and groceries. When we entered the condo we were greeted with a specular view of the ocean and pool. The beds were super comfortable with lots of closet space. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including spices! The laundry in the kitchen was so nice to have as we had to young grandkids who were covered in sand and dirt daily. The pool is not heated, but that didn't matter as it was warm outside. The ocean is 100 feet from the condo, and it was wonderful being on the elevated ground floor to go back and forth. Shopping and dining is a four minute car ride. Walmart and Parlor Donuts is an 7 minute ride away. I cannot stress enough how helpful Timothy was during our stay. We had no issues, but he was extremely communicative

Loved the condo and location. Nice, quiet area for spring break trip with kids. Pools great, right on the beach.
