Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

This villa is a gem of a property resting on a peaceful area of the massive Koggala Lake about 15 km from the historic town of Galle. It has a private jetty & it's possible to hire a boat with driver to go on a sunrise or sunset cruise around the lake. There is one bedroom upstairs with an. open plan ensuite bathroom. A 2nd double & a small twin room suitable for children are on on the ground floor. All are air con as well as over head fans. The villa comes with a Chef + house staff.

The WE2 " Wildwood Elegance Escape" is a beautifully located private Aframe looking out on to the Induruwa Kaikawala Old Rice Farming Land. Situated at the bottom of a large garden full of fruit and spice trees, the Aframe has a tropical modernist design, built using recycled timber and boasting an Attached Bathroom shower. Breakfast and provided with a smile by the host's family, who are always on hand to help with whatever you need. Birds and lizards abound in the adjoining garden.
