The historic city of Georgetown is 12 miles south, Charleston with its southern charm & history is 55 miles, perfect day trip. 2 bikes are here to explore the bike trail accessible in front of our home toward a wooded trail to Pawleys Island. Kayaks are available to explore the inlet. A Huntington Beach State Park pass is provided. See my guidebook for future events.

This romantic cabin located on our small farm just outside of town in the country offers a history all its own. Lo was Billy’s nickname for Lorene Ella. Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories. We pay homage to the rich history of Georgetown and the Southerners that have called Lo & Billy’s Place home. Heavy on coziness & design. Unwind at our cozy family condo by the beach with a spacious living room, screened in porch, and fully stocked kitchen. This 2nd floor unit located at the Litchfield by the Sea Resort offers a private beach, outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, playground, walking/bike paths, tennis/pickleball courts, and a fishing pier. There's a restaurant/tiki bar and Starbucks on property. Beach shuttle (seasonally) is next to the pool, or walk the 8-10 minutes to the private beach access.

The resort condo is located 9 miles south of Myrtle Beach. It is situated on a bird sanctuary so you will get to experience wildlife while also being near over 100 championship golf courses, shopping, and live entertainment.
