Janice was great with communicating from the start of our reservation. Janice and her husband met us at the home at check in and walked us through. The house was super clean and in the best location! We will be back for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental. Jamie was super friendly and helpful. The home was VERY clean and renovated. Everything feels new. I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness and I was very happy to find this home to be so clean. The furniture was comfy and clean too. The pool was very nice, clean and a good temperature. The house is only a block to the gorgeous beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Check in and check out were very easy. I would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend this home. 😊

An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Great beach house in a fantastic location! Debbie made all the arrangements for a very easy check-in, and the house had everything we needed for our stay (with use of the golf cart a huge plus!). The location was perfect, right in the middle of the community near the pools and other amenities, with that fantastic view over the lake from the back porch where we spent plenty of time relaxing. The whole family (kids, parent, grandparents) enjoyed the space and we hope to be back.

We always enjoy staying at the Lazy Pelican! The house is clean, beds are comfortable and the location is fantastic. We love that it comes with a golf cart. The view of the pond is so peaceful. We saw a lot of birds, ducks and geese, as well as, a ton of turtles! The beds are comfortable and there are extra blankets that have been washed prior to use. I'm a clean freak and I would say this house is very clean.

This unit is very well taken care of. Check in was easy, unit was clean and location was great. Would stay here again.

Place was great! Good location, easy to get to, close to the beach, lots of room in the house to hang and sleep. Pool and other area under the house was awesome to hang out in, even while it rained! Lissa is also amazing! Easily the best host I have ever dealt with. I asked for an early check in, she did everything she could to get us in as soon as possible, even let us drop our bags off while the cleaning staff was still there. Very responsive and helpful for anything we needed. I would recommend this place and if Lissa hosts anywhere else I would recommend there even without seeing the place!

This home was clean, exactly as pictured, quiet at night, and easily accessible. Relana was communicative and great to work with for check-in and check-out; she even had snacks, water, and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back and would recommend this property to any family (with or without children) and social or professional groups. There were plenty of comfortable beds and the stay exceeded our expectations.
