It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa in Bali! The place was absolutely beautiful – spotlessly clean, with a stunning design that perfectly combines comfort and style. From the moment we arrived at Baobab Villas, we knew we had found something special. The property is absolutely stunning — thoughtfully designed, immaculately clean, and perfectly situated for relaxation and adventure. Every little detail was clearly considered to make guests feel welcome and at home. What made our stay truly unforgettable, though, was the host, Siri. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — from warm, personal communication before arrival to incredible recommendations that made our trip even better. Siri’s hospitality felt genuine, attentive, and effortless. It’s rare to find a host who truly cares the way she does. Villa Sea La Vie was a perfect place for our stay in Bali. The host were very responsive and were always keen to listen to what we had to say. Once there was things were not as per our expectation and as soon as we reported it, the host got it covered. Great Place, great host, great location, sea view from the balcony was a great plus. Such an extraordinary place to have found! Everything we wanted was catered to. There was a great restaurant within walking distance, staff on call whenever needed, cooking was outstanding, activities all booked within house, and the house itself was incredible!

We had a wonderful break away at the villa. Easy walking distance to great eateries, massages & shopping.

It was my second stay in this villa — for a reason. The architecture is awesome, the surroundings quiet (even though it’s busy Canggu) and the service is super nice. I recommend this place to you if you want something high quality in a good location with connection to nature (as the garden is kind of part of the living room). 🙌

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in villa Smilla! De communicatie met de host verliep heel vlot. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt in de villa en dat was echt heel lekker! De wasservice is ook zeker aan te raden, ‘s morgens hebben ze de was meegenomen en toen we in de late namiddag terugkwamen was alles gewassen en gestreken en het rook echt superlekker. De villa zelf overtreft alles, prachtige slaapkamers met airco en elke slaapkamer heeft een badkamer. Alles is ook heel proper. De open leefruimte en het zwembad zijn ook top! Kortom, zeker niet twijfelen om deze villa te boeken!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were complete, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. The space fit our group of 16 comfortably, with plenty of room for everyone. 제 생각엔 성인 10명까지도 커버가 가능한 공간입니다. 2개의 건물이 있고 그 사이에 아름다운 풀장이 있습니다. 각 건물엔 침대방과 화장실이 하나씩 있습니다. 본채에는 커다란 부엌과 포켓볼, 그리고 쇼파공간이 있습니다. 호스트는 Whats App을 통해 실시간으로 응답을 해주었습니다. 조식메뉴도 풍부하고 저렴하게 제공되었습니다. 점심과 저녁메뉴도 주문이 가능합니다. Semknyak Beach까지는 도보로 9분에 접근이 가능하고 편의점과 식당이 주변에 많습니다. 바베큐그릴은 500,000루피아에 이용이 가능하고, 원할 경우 직원들이 직접 구워주시기도 합니다. 이불과 수건은 요청시 바로 보충해주셨습니다. 추가청구되는 전기요금 이야기가 많은데 하루에 100,000루피아 수준이기 때문에 부담되는 수준은 아닙니다. 전반적으로 매우 친절하고 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 딱 한가지 첨언드리면, 건조기가 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 우기라서 그런지 옷이 절대 마르지 않더라고요. 적극 추천합니다. 감사합니다!

My wife and 2 year old loved our holiday at Villa Zyloh. The property is stunning with a lovely warm water pool that’s safe for a 2 year old, an open plan kitchen so we could all cook and eat easily together, a TV room which was great as it meant the TV wasn’t in the main living area, and the breakfast bar and stereo system made for really fun chill days laying by the pool. Wayan and his team were exceptional - no job was too much trouble and the airport transfer/check in/check out process was a breeze. Our favourite part was Wayan’s dog which often came to visit, and we are dog lovers so this was a nice added touch - it barks at night tho but it gave us added security so didn’t worry us much. The only downside to the property I guess is that you need a taxi to get to places. Luckily a good coffee shop was a 5 min walk away but the walk back is via a really steep hill, so it’s not for everyone and traffic is typical Bali so not easy to walk anywhere. We will definitely be back tho!

We were a group of 16 with 4 kids and 2 senior citizens. Rio and his team did a great job in welcoming us and meeting all our requirements, be it arranging for transport, wheelchair, accommodating our luggage in their office as we were early for check in, and even the last minute requests or changes. The Villa was as described and was clean. It had all the facilities and amenities. And the in-house staff were very supportive and responsive. Location was great as it was at walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and beaches and not very far from places of attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and wonderful stay at the Hazel Villa. Thank you Rio and your team for being so prompt and responsive and catering to all our requests. Surely recommend your place!

Lovely villa in a quieter part of Canggu, but close to lots of restaurants and the hustle and bustle! The team at the villa were so helpful and lovely and looked after us greatly. We loved our stay.

As we are the first reviewers, we will try to leave a comprehensive review: -What really sets this place apart is the service. Alfa, Agus and the team are exceptionally attentive and kind, always on hand to ensure you are comfortable. They are genuinely interested in your well being and have given the best care we’ve ever had (and this is our 5th Bali trip). -The location is safe and quiet, away from literally everything: you will need a driver or moped to get to anything, but it is incredibly peaceful. -The place itself is quite nice, if a little unfinished. It is very newly constructed (less than 5 years old). There are all the modern comforts- cold A/C, comfortable couches, a lovely pool, clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water and pressure. -The villa has 4 guest levels accessible via stairs. 2 levels are suites, with separate bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, with beautiful views, while the other 2 levels are bedrooms with bathrooms. The living area is expansive and comfy

A new villa with luxurious design and stunning views became the perfect spot for our getaway. Situated right on the oceanfront, it offers a blend of style, comfort, and an incredible ambiance. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Enda's place. She is incredibly responsive, always replying promptly to my messages and queries. Her friendly and welcoming tone made the communication smooth and enjoyable throughout the stay. We loved our stay at villa padma. Yuli the housekeeper is very helpful and caring. The pool and garden are like a dream come true. Everything you need is there. Love to come back one day.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa itself was well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities we needed. The location was peaceful and private, providing a great escape from the city. What really made our stay special was the host Stephane. He is very hands-on and approachable, always quick to respond and offer helpful tips. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. It was fabulous stay. Thanks to mbak Ginanti she was really helpful and fast response. The room and bathroom was very clean, this villa is huge with a beautiful pool, lots of space, very recommended for big group. I would loved to come back again for sure.

Die unterkunft ist perfekt für eine grosse Familie und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Das Haus war sauber und Wayan war immer für uns da und immer freundlich und proaktiv. Der Pool war gross und sauber und das Haus war gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jedem empfehlen, die Villa zu mieten. Vielen dank nochmal für alles ❤️

Great place so local to so many restaurants would definitely stay again the people on the desk are also very responsive and willing to go above and beyond for you
