The neighborhood is well established with lovely, well cared for homes and beautiful surroundings.

Your journey to serenity is a lovely 5-to-8-minute walk down a historic hillside to the secluded community of Sunrise Beach. Walking down the private driveway you may see a family of deer on your left when you pass the Historical Marker. Stay in our 120-year-old farm house located on our 3 acre farm in the beautiful town of Gig Harbor, WA. Located 15-20 minutes from Tacoma and about 45 minute from Seattle (without traffic), Gig Harbor is a wonderful place for a family vacation, restful getaway, or a longer-term stay.

The space has it’s own entry, a private deck; and boasts a perch overlooking all that goes on in Gig Harbor's beautiful "downtown" community.
