Relaya is a cosy little Cycladic authentic and modern house, provides a living area of 30m2 with a private roof top of 25m2. Located in a laid back hidden alley in the centre of the old town of Parikia and just a few steps away from the pedestrian market street. The built house is embracing the island’s tranquility by offering you everything you need within a few square meters and a veranda with heart opening views over a traditional Cycladic chapel and a little park full of pomegranate trees.

Une maison traditionelle de style grec de Cyclades, au rez-de-chaussée, dans la centre de la colonie de Parikia. Idéalement située, offre tranquilité, relaxation et convenance grace à son emplacement central. Tous les attractions touristiques (l' ancien marché, le château franque), les boulangeries, les boutiques, le port et l'arrêt de bus sont très proche à pied. A quelques metres seulement de la maison c'est la mer et la rue côtière, où vous pouvez jouir le spectaculaire coucher de soleil.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. This cozy house is located in the heart of the village of Antiparos.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο.Το σπιτι είναι 17 τμ.αλλα έχει όλες τις ανέσεις για ευχάριστη διαμονή δύο ατομων.Η θέα είναι υπέροχη !Yπαρχει εξωτερικη μινι πισινα 4 τ.μ.Δεν υπάρχει χώρος για παιδικό κρεβατάκι ούτε ανέσεις για φιλοξενία ενός παιδιού( η βρέφους).Είναι αποκλειστικά για 2 ενήλικες

Kiter's paradise beach house is a cosy place to relax. It has an amazing view to Antiparos island. Our villa is located in walking distance (700m) from Pounta, the best place to kite. Access Antiparos island by foot, we are 100m far from the ferry. Sauna is provided on demand, for an additional charge.
