I am 15 minutes away from St. Simons and 10 minutes from Jekyll Island. My home has a large yard with a deck for lounging and sunbathing. Note NO PETS, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, or loud parties this is a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood. Park on the driveway or curb only! We must know about ALL VISITORS!

Ideal for couples, business and adventure travelers to relax in a "private" cottage on a bluff. Safe parking for vehicles. Tie a boat at the dock. East Beach has a wide beach with tide pools, concession stands and a convenient bath house with bathrooms and showers. Perfect for a family get together. A public pool in the community is available for use and is managed by the HOA.
