Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Upstairs you will have 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom; downstairs you will have 1 bedroom, a full bath, kitchen, and combo living/dining space leading to a large deck. Upper deck connects two bedrooms. Two spaces for working remotely (one dedicated). Strong reliable WiFi clocked at over 300 mbps. Parking for 3 cars.
