Nice place, small and quaint. I don’t think it’s suitable for a long term stay, but good for a quick weekend and has the necessities needed for a short stay.

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful apartment. Very clean.

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

Wendy’s place was perfect for our needs. The hosts were a delight to talk to and we enjoyed visiting with them. The recommendations for food and activities were very helpful and we loved the places we were able to take advantage of. There is a pretty steep gravel driveway up to the room but even driving a low to the ground sports car we managed ok. Just looks a little daunting at first. Would definitely want to first see it in the daylight so you might want to plan on that. It was a great stay for us.

Angelina and her family have a truly wonderful property in what is arguably one of the most beautiful locations in New England. The property is very well-maintained, modern, and updated. The downstairs entry way is spacious and well laid out. It has a large sitting area, two bedrooms, and a wet bar with storage and a microwave. It also contains a full bathroom with laundry. We had another family join us for part of the time and the layout was very conducive to both families having space/privacy, yet being able to spending quality time together. The main living space is relaxing and inviting. The gas fireplace is wonderful to sit by while reading or watching television. We used the house for skiing (Tenney and Ragged are nearby) and loved it. Communicating with Angelina was an absolute pleasure. It was immediately apparent that she is a kind and caring person, and she explained everything clearly and was always very responsive.

Everything was wonderful during our stay at the house. We had an unforgettable time with our family. The hosts are friendly and always responded quickly. The house is very comfortable and has a wonderful view. We loved having barbecues on the balcony overlooking the lake. Having a playroom with lots of games was special for the kids. We hope to be able to return one day.

Alex's place was the prefect stay. We went skiing at Pats Peak and was conveniently located close by. Having a full kitchen was extremely helpful to cook breakfast in the morning. The house was comfy and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for our group which consisted of two families with kids. Having all the bedrooms on one level and the living area on another was ideal. The large kids bedroom was great so the kids could all stay together while the parents each had their own rooms. The large kitchen/dining area gave plenty of room for us to eat and stay out of the cooking L. The extra large living room with double couches gave more than enough seating for everyone along with having the bonus beanbag pillows that the kids LOVED! Lots of space to ring in the new year! And the biggest perk of the house is that it is less than a 5 minute drive to Mount Sunapee to ski (or the beach in the summer). It isn't slope side but close enough that it almost felt like it. Definitely a place we will look to stay at again if/when we're in the area.

The home was VERY clean and beautiful. This apartment is newly renovated with lovely craftsmanship. Pat and Christine added thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. Pat even salted and shoveled the front walkway for us in the morning after it snowed. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, pans, spices, coffee, sugar, etc...)! This made our weekend getaway stress free. The only item of note, is the house is not super sound proof. You can hear the downstairs neighbors as they move throughout their day. They were very respectful and quiet. This is just similar to staying at a hotel or condo. It did not take away from our relaxing weekend. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend!

Beyond the Pond has everything you could ever ask for in a rental, great location, very clean, privacy, and comfort. From the access to the pond, private woods, outdoor and covered porches, to the fully stocked kitchen there is nothing this house didn't have. The house is situated among the trees making you feel like you are the only ones around. The house is the prefect location for close access to Sunapee lake, Mnt. Sunapee, a quick trip up the road towards Waterville Valley, or a day of hiking. This was our second time staying, and we will definitely be back. Book your stay at Beyond the Pond and you will not be disappointed.

Melora’s home is lovely. The view towards the lake is breathtaking, especially with fresh snow. The home was clean and had every kitchen utensil/machine you could need. Most of our time was spent on the second floor and was such a great hang out spot for the 6 of us and enough space to do yoga as a group in the morning before heading to Mt Sunapee to ski/snowboard. Overall, Melora has a lovely home and she is very kind and always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Thank you Melora for letting us stay in your home.

Since we stayed over Christmas, our host went out of her way to put up a nice Christmas tree and some decorations which made it feel pretty magical for a home away from home. We felt very comfortable. The weather was extremely cold so she provided extra blankets that we didn't really need because the place was well insulated and cozy. The lake view was gorgeous as it snowed and froze over several days and we sat inside drinking tea and coffee watching it. We would love to enjoy this space in the summer to take advantage of the deck and dock down by the water.

this condo is the perfect set up for our family! we had 3 adults staying, with a dog and a cat. there were three separate full bathrooms which helped a TON. everyone had their own area to wind down. we stayed for easter and were able to cook in the kitchen. Lyn was super responsive with any questions we had! we’re hoping to stay again next easter with Lyn!!

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s 12th birthday and we had a great time. The community center was great for the kids and the condo was just as described. We had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! The place was perfect for our weekend stay. Kurt was very responsive, from the initial booking through checking out. His instructions made checking in a breeze and the condo had everything we could possibly need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. They had a helpful binder, introducing us to each room and the condo, as well as area attractions.

We loved staying here for parents weekend at holderness school. Wonderful location and clean modern interiors. Perfect for our family. And I loved being able to walk to the squam lake market for yummy breakfast items. Thanks Sandra!

This place was amazing and super comfortable, woke up to a beautiful view of the frozen lake and watching the Ice fisherman. Downtown Bristol was lovely Antique shop was my favorite. If your looking for great food BHOP family restaurant was awesome and so was the staff very welcoming. I look forward to coming back in the summer
