This sunny apartment is located above an art gallery in the heart of historic downtown Nevada City. It is just steps away from cafes, restaurants, shops, and events on Broad Street. Enjoy the farmers market on Saturday morning or walk the Deer Creek Tribute trail. The Yuba River is just 15 minutes away and perfect for a swim. The apartment has an inviting living room, large bedroom with queen bed, study, kitchen and dining. Not suitable for infants or children. No pets allowed.

Charming one bedroom apartment in a unique, family built home close to Nevada City (5 min drive to downtown). Rustic, simple, quaint and cozy. Because it's forested and in a cement house, the wifi is not great. There's A/C in the summer and a propane 'wood' stove for winter. Nearby walking trails. The apartment is located in the bottom of our house and has a separate entrance, kitchen, queen bed + bathroom. The property has a pond & patio. It's forested, secluded, and quiet.
