We absolutely love this condo! This was our second visit and we already have our third visit booked. We are also already planning our trip to this condo for 2026! Lisa is such a great host and we love booking with her! This condo is so easily accessible and this part of the beach is a little more quiet which we love! The walk from our room all the way to the water is less than 3 mins. We love everything about our stay at the Broadmoor!

This place is adorable. Serene surroundings. Layout of condo is very nice. comfortable furniture. Bonus- wine fridge. Just one thing that could be changed is newer frying pans, if you will be planning on cooking anything. Other than that Joseph was very helpful and responsive. We had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend 👌

Loved this condo! We’ve stayed at this building before and this unit was by far the best one we’ve stayed in. Very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Location was perfect right on the beach and we loved that our pups were welcome. Cory was a great host; very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

After we had to escape Hurricane Milton, our vacation would have been cut short. We found this condo and had it approved in minutes. We finished our vacation at Tracey’s condo! Thank you so much!

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was neat and clean with all the amenities. It was very private and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised. Getting access was super easy. The crowning attribute was a superb, unobstructed view of the Gulf of America. Would not hesitate to visit again.

Wonderful place with beautiful views! We had the best time! The unit is very relaxing while still being in the heart of everything if you want to venture out and do activities. The pictures don’t do it justice, you have to experience it for yourself! This will be our go to place to stay for all future trips. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay! The condo is extremely clean and comfortable and the resort has so much on site to do. We prefer to stay outside of the busier parts of Gulf Shores and this location was perfect for us. We look forward to visiting again!

Our family had a great stay here. Right on the beach a super plus with kids and ability to cook your own meals. Place was clean and had sufficient kitchen supplies to make a home cooked meal. The beach is beautiful and the view out of the windows is lovely. We had a great stay. One thing to be aware of is that you'll get a text message with info/code to get in the front gate, I was looking in the Airbnb messages and couldn't find it so had to call. Thankfully Heather answered right away and could help me out. Another thing to be aware of is that once you get to the door the keypad with numbers does not appear until you push the Yale button. So at the door, push the Yale button first and then the numbers will appear and you can enter the code to the door (different than the gate code and code to get in the building). Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved being so close to a beautiful beach while also being able to cook for ourselves.

Loved the stay! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Very close to the beach which made everything very convenient. The pools in the property were also very nice and clean. Quiet condo as well, I didn’t even realize we had neighbors until the third day. Comfortable beds and great kitchen.

The condo and grounds were clean and well kept. Staff on site was friendly and courteous. We were even able to check in early.

Adam came through with a same day booking! He was awesome and extremely helpful and easy to work with. The condo was exactly what we needed and Perfect for my girls and I for spring break. Will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean, well stocked and looked just as it did in the pictures. The property was well maintained & offers a lot of amenities which was nice. We had a great view of the beach although it was across the street. Kevin gave us excellent directions as well as many recommendations for restaurants and things to do near by. Parking was expensive but our overall stay was good!

We had a great time. There were 2 families and the right amount of space to hang out at. We liked the decks to wake up with our coffee in the morning. The location was beautiful. It was very close to a beautiful beach. The pools were very nice. The management team quickly responded to our questions.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

First time staying at Rachel’s place and would defiantly go back. From check in to check out Rachel was very helpful! Place was spotless on arrival and close to the beach with lots to do. I would recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed at this resort before and plan to come back again. The location is perfect - close to beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores etc. The home fits our large family perfectly so we have enough space to relax after a day of swimming and sunshine.

My family had a wonderful stay despite it raining 3 out of 5 days. Very family friendly and kid oriented! Resturants and shopping all with in a short drive! Loved watching dolphins from the balcony every morning! Chris was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay! Would highly recommend.

Every year for the last several years a group of us get together. We pick different locations so this year we chose Gulf Shores. One of our group has a 9 month old baby and we wanted all to be comfortable. It was perfect! Such great pools, beach and golf cart to ride the baby back and forth. We loved our stay and you will too!

The house was amazing! We brought a competition cheer team who needed a place to stay that was close to the beach and had a pool and convenient to dining and Bay Center! It exceeded our expectations! The shuttle to the beach and a private beach was a bonus! The pools were also an amazing! So many amazing things about this property! We will definitely be back! ❤️
