Just 10 mins from Launceston CBD, opposite Tamar Island Wetlands, this cozy escape is surrounded by native bush, beautiful garden and wildlife, boasting an outdoor spa with a fire pit and cedar sauna—set against breathtaking views. Inside features bespoke handcrafted furnishings and decors, with a focus on solid native timber that exudes warmth and character. Jaclyn studio is a labour of love, filled with natural textures & quality amenities for your relaxation, recreation, and revitalization.

Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Tamar Rest

This stylish, spacious, one bedroom suite provides privacy and comfort. You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Enjoy a local pinot on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. A lovely continental breakfast with homemade bakery items will set you up for a day of sight seeing.

Nestled in our charming 1915 heritage home, Hillcrest Hideaway offers breathtaking city and mountain views. Begin your mornings with a light breakfast of muesli, yoghurt, fruit, milk, plus tea and coffee on your private deck. Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking peace, with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Stroll to Launceston’s best eats and the stunning Cataract Gorge or simply relax in the park just across the road. Please note: stairs access. No smoking or extra guests.

The Coach House at The White House, Westbury

The Coach House at the White House, Westbury is a large, comfortable house within an historic complex opposite the Village Green in the beautiful historic village of Westbury. There are three bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. It is ideal for families but would also suit 2 couples. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, two lounge areas, modern bathroom with to hand basins, bath, shower and toilet. There is also access to a shared laundry with second toilet and shared table tennis room.

Shanigans studio

Unwind in style at our studio retreat on the banks of the Liffey River, about 15 mins from Launceston & Launceston airport. Our charming 1-bedroom haven features a queen bed, ensuite, TV, fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee amenities. Take advantage of the shared entertainment facilities, including a games room with a pool table, gym equipment & a washing machine. Linen provided. (Similar size to a standard motel room) Portacot available on request. Not suitable for pets

Naivasha Tiny House with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Naivasha Tiny House is the perfect romantic getaway. It is set in a clearing in the Tasmanian bush and has amazing views of the countryside. The tiny home itself has been built entirely of cedar by local artisans. It has been fitted out with antique and reclaimed furnishings with an emphasis on comfort and laid back luxury. The wood fired hot tub is without doubt the highlight. The claw foot bath, indoor wood fire, outdoor fire pit and friendly native wildlife are close seconds.

Wylah Cottage, Deloraine, Secluded Bush Retreat

Nestling in a forest of Peppermint Gums is Wylah Cottage, so named after the Aboriginal word for the Yellow Tailed, Black Cockatoo, which is regularly seen and heard around the property. A secluded, self contained, bush retreat, located close to all the good things Tasmania has to offer. On 55 acres of bushland, teeming with wildlife, yet only 7kms from Deloraine – on the way to Cradle Mountain, and 45 minutes to either the Devonport Ferry, or Launceston Airport.
