Finnish Sauna Timber Cottage

This cosy Finnish Sauna cottage was lovingly imported and built in 2007. On the first level is a fully equipped kitchen /dining and a cozy loungeroom with a stone fireplace at its heart. Off the lounge is the spacious bathroom and walk through to the wood-fire sauna. Upstairs is a mezzanine which has 2 areas separate by a curtain. There is a master bedroom with a double bed, hanging space and drawers. On the other side of the curtain is a bedroom nook with 2 single beds. Outside - 2 verandas.

Frederick and Victoria’s French Street Cottage

A peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom house in Hamilton’s iconic church hill. A five minute walk to the CBD, Botanical Gardens and the walking trail of the Grange Burn with its platypus viewing area. The kitchen is well equipped with a new 900 mm gas and electric stove and all essential appliances. A separate dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed and built in wardrobes. A pleasant north facing room at the rear is ideal for relaxing in the sun.

Rossmoyne

Rossmoyne’s a comfortable self contained unit attached to the main house with seperate access. Set on a 40 acre hobby farm on a the Grangeburne river with an easy 15 min’ walk into town, passing the Platypus nesting area & Botanical gardens. The owners raise cattle with 2 dogs, 4 cats & 1 friendly goat. A great, peaceful base to stay while you explore the region/attend events. With waterfalls and caves just 10-15 minutes away. Baby BBQ & trolley available on request.

The Black Horse Inn - Coleraine

Built c 1854 as a coaching station, an addition was built in c1876 - this section is now available for guests. The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults with a queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the huge lounge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen also full separate laundry. There is an electric 'log fire' heater as well as split systems in both the lounge and bedroom. Free wifi and built-in USB charger.

Mereweather Accommodation

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.
