Absolutely stunning property. You'll find everything you need in the home. The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you need to prepare any kind of dish should you want to stay in a cook, and eat outside to view the stunning surroundings. Great location for restaurants, hikes, shopping, etc. River access is a huge plus for warmer months. Loved everything about this place.

This place was five stars. Would book again. The location was within 5-10 minutes of some of the best wineries in Sonoma, but it still felt private. Only two issues, neither of which would stop me from booking again: 1) they had quiet hours from 9pm to 8am, and monitored our sound levels with a decible meter (we didn’t have any issues), and 2) I would not pay to heat the pool again. I was told I could not control the temperature, it never fully heated up, it turned off overnight, and I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to figure out how to work the equipment after it went offline. Heating the pool ($500 for three days) was too expensive for the experience.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The location was fantastic -- private, peaceful, and beautiful, while also being a close driving distance to Geyserville and Healdsburg and all the wonderful wineries in the area. The master bedroom is huge, open, bright, and surrounded in windows and decks with gorgeous views -- looking down at the pool area, and out to the woods. We paid extra money to heat the pool, but unfortunately, even though the day was pleasant (72 degrees and sunny), the pool was shaded by the trees, so we didn't spend much time in the pool. But on a hot, sunny day, the pool would be a wonderful way to cool off. It's smaller than anticipated, but perfect for dipping and floating. We enjoyed the hot tub. We comfortably sat all eleven of us around the dining room table off the kitchen. It was fun to be able to share a meal together. The living room is split levels, with a pool table on the upper level and the couches on the lower level.

Frank was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. Penngrove is such a quaint town. Franks place feels like a treehouse! So beautiful inside and out.

A beautiful, comfortable, spacey home on a magnificent and uniquely designed property. As a long-term Airbnb customer, this place ranked at the TOP for me and my family! Want to stay at somewhere special, in a neighborhood unique, with extraordinary comfort and special outdoor service and play? Book it! This home is SPECIAL! Perfectly priced, wonderfully managed by always-available staff and crew, this is now one of my favorites. Looking forward to returning!

We loved the place and will be back there again. The location is isolated but convenient to both Sonoma and Napa.

Athena’s home is fantastic. My wife and I along with two other couples took a trip for our ten year anniversary. House was pristine, accommodations were fantastic. Perfect weather for the pool and spa. Was just far away from the downtown commotion but still just a quick uber ride away. We highly recommend this space. You will not be disappointed

Our family of three really enjoyed the stay in Calistoga. The house is great and very clean. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. The house is close to 5 min away from downtown and we drove there a few times for meals. We also visited the petrified forest which is about 15 min away. Overall was a great stay.

We had a fabulous time as a group of 10 girls celebrating my sister's engagement. The house has the most beautiful view and did not disappoint! The best part of our experience was that Danielle was SO helpful in planning our wine tasting day and giving recommendations. We were unfamiliar with Alexander Valley, and she was able to help us coordinate and afforable, unforgetable day visiting wineries!

We had a great time here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! The house was spacious, with an even more spacious outdoor space. They offered early check in so we were able to decorate and set everything up ahead of time. The host even left a nice card and some champagne for us! Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful secluded property in stunning countryside, well designed and maintained, surrounded by vines and forest yet close to amenities and activities, overall a great experience. Host was responsive, house was well stocked especially the kitchen, and the grounds (and fruit trees) were amazing. Wineries within walking distance.

Very responsive hosts, quick to respond to and fix issues. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and fireplace. Good for a cabin weekend with friends.

We just spent 5 nights here and loved it. The house was extremely comfortable for our family of 4 and had all the amenities we wanted for a relaxing vacation in a quiet neighborhood near Sonoma town. The pool is lovely, the kitchen spacious and modern and the patio ideal for grilling and eating outside. Beds are super comfortable with very nice quality linens. For families who like to bike it’s a great location as you can easily bike into Sonoma town or up to Glen Ellen.

I have stayed in Guerneville many times over the last 30 years; Anjali's place was by far the best. It is not the typical rustic rental that you find in Guerneville. It sits atop a hill with breathtaking views and the house has a nice layout with large bedrooms and a nice entertainment oriented living room. It is only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown to the stores and restaurants, but you do need strong legs to walk the long, common driveway. It is steep at points. Anjali's communications were clear and timely. I strongly recommend this place! Ted

This place is lovely - a family home - pool - gardens. The on-site host Rue - an aspiring actress - is very sweet - and believable - hope you got the part!

The hosts were awesome and Danielle was very generous. This is a GREAT place to use a base for wine tasting. They serve wine and cheese in the afternoon, and breakfast was delicious. They also have tons of connections to the local wineries, and we were always treated wonderfully when we mentioned we were staying at the Alexander Valley Lodge. The lodge and the property are beautiful and comfortable; this would be an awesome place for parties.

Danielle heard that there would be power outages due to high winds and fire danger in Geyserville so seamlessly found us another bnb in Healdsburg. Thank goodness, as there was a fire and all Geyserville got evacuated. This is a high level of customer service and a tribute to how the inn keepers in Sonoma look out for their guests and each other. Thanks Danielle, you saved our trip. We’ll be back.

I enjoyed staying at Ruby's. It was peaceful, clean quiet for my last night in California and easy to get to the airport from there.

This is a Great place to just Relax and get an Amazing Rest and forget about all your worries. Very Nice and Clean place and Surroundings are Incredible!

I could not have asked for anything more. It was the perfect setting for my girlfriends birthday. Looking out the lodge's windows are like looking into a beautiful painting. Our host Daniell was exceptional, very warm and open. All in all I could not recommend that place more. It is close to many beautiful wineries and if you dont feel like leaving the lodge there is plenty to do there. perfect place to stay.

Danielle's Place is a wonderful home up in the woods in a very private location. Plenty of bedrooms to hold a large family if needed. It is very comfortable and relaxing. A nice patio with a hot tub and pool are perfect for a laid back afternoon or evening. Very convenient to wine country. A large family room and kitchen make staying in easy. Highly recommend.
