You can export your Airbnb Experiences calendar into your personal calendar app on your desktop.

Exporting your experiences calendar

1. Go to your Airbnb calendar
2. Click the arrow icon []
3. Select the schedules you want to export
4. Click Next
5. Copy and paste the link into your calendar app
6. Click Done

Adding to a Google calendar

1. Go to your Google calendar and click the gear icon []
2. Click Settings
3. Click Add calendar
4. Select From URL
5. Copy and paste the URL link from Airbnb
6. Click Add calendar

Note: Google calendar displays your Airbnb calendar under “Other calendars.”

Adding to a Apple calendar on a Mac

1. Go to your Apple calendar
2. Click File
3. Select New Calendar subscription
4. Copy and paste the link from Airbnb calendar export
5. Click Subscribe
6. Update the name on calendar info
7. Under Auto-refresh, select your preference
8. Click OK

Note: Apple calendar displays your Airbnb calendar under “Other.” This feature is not supported on an iPad or iPhone.

Exporting all Airbnb experiences

You have options to export all experiences as one calendar, select a few experiences as one calendar, or export each experience as one calendar. These options are helpful if:

• You have a co-host for some of your experiences and want to export these experiences as one calendar to share with them
• You have multiple instances for each experience and want to export one-by-one, allowing you to toggle between calendars in your personal calendar

All of your instances will be exported to one calendar. For booked instances, a green circle will be displayed in the title of your experience.

Calendar syncing

You can export your Airbnb calendar into your personal calendar app on your desktop. Once your calendar is exported, the calendar will be displayed on your iOS and Android device.

Each calendar has different sync times:

• Apple calendar: Choose your own frequency as low as 5 minutes
• Google calendar: Google controls how frequently it refreshes the Airbnb Experiences calendar

For the most accurate booking information, click Go to instance details from your personal calendar.
